Good for the money
Course was ok looked like they just cut it Nd clippings were every where lost two balls in the fairways
Worth a visit
The course was a challenge from the back tees with plenty of room to open your shoulders. Greens were good and overall a well laid out course.......well it would be given the architect - nice one Arnie.
It is in good condition given the recent weather.
Has really gone downhill
Over the years I have played this course many times but my last outing was extremely disappointed in the overall condition of the course. Fairways are deplorable in many cases you don't know where the fairway becomes rough. Greens were good but tee boxes, fairways and rough were bad, Bunkers were not maintained and many had weeds growing in them. I will not return to this course until I start hearing positive reviews from other players.
A dissapointment
We have played this course many times over the past 10 years, and this is by far the worse I have ever experienced it. The fairways were burnt with clumps of cut grass and weeds growing throughout. The rough was thick with weeds. The bunkers looked as though they have not been raked in days. and the greens were bumpy and inconsistent. For the price we could have played LPGA international or even Palm Harbor which is even cheaper.
Enjoyable course
Course was n good condition. Enjoy playing at Pine Lakes.
Had a great time
Course was fun to play. The conditions were ok, heights of grass on tees, fairways and roughs were higher than need be, but greens were good.
Overall, course is fun to play.
Pleasantly Suprised
The course is well designed. The greens are in very good shape with a lot of contour. The rain has been very limiting to the efforts of the mowers especially the Bermuda roughs. Fairways are fairly narrow and any venture out of them is challenging. We enjoyed the course and will return.
Course is always fun...
We have had a lot of rain lately and normally it means this course will be soggy. Not at all. Roll on the drives was average but the greens putted nicely. I will play it again.
Great time great course.
Great course greens where in great shape plenty of comforts around the tee's locker room very nice my new favorite course.
Tough course..lots of trouble
First time ever playing. Very difficult course. Tshots require fairway or set up for difficult round. Greens in great shape. Rough over grown. Very hard to hit full shot out of the rough. I have played LPGA international a lot. This course seems tougher than Jones course but easier than Hills course. Overall round was nice. But no beverage person. Pace play good. Lost 6 balls in water. Lots of water to contend with. Layout nice. If rough mowed better review would be much better.
Great Time Great Value
This was my first time playing the Pine Lakes Course. I had a incredible rate thru Golf Now(only paid $16 per person with taxes and handling) Very well manicured, and the greens were in excellent condition!! The whole course was beautiful and well designed by Arnold Palmer. I would most definitely come and play here again. Great restaurant and staff.
Good value
Good course for the money. One of the best values for golf in the Palm Coast area. Other courses like Palm Harbor are very over priced. Pine Lakes for me!
Golf at Pine Lakes
Using Golf tee times was great. When we arrived our service was great and our tee time was as scheduled. We enjoyed a great day of golf and would use this service again. It was easy and we found a discounted tee time that saved us money!
cut short
I enjoyed the holes we played. Unfortunately, a storm moved in and cut that short. We could see the lightning and yet we never heard a horn or warning. When we got back to the clubhouse the attendant was closing up. He begrudgingly gave a 9 hole rain check. It makes me question how important player safety is to the course. I will make it back to play without bad weather
GREAT COURS
COURSE WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE...
PLAN TO RETURN AS OFTEN AS POSSIBEL
Pine lakes
The course is in good shape especially for late spring. Reasonable rate for 18 holes. Only issue was greens were a little slow but the were punched just 2 weeks ago. Otherwise in great shape.
Great layout with some very challenging holes
Great mix of difficulty, nice thinking course but still able to use driver on most holes. Need to bring your A game if you want to score well. Lot of fun and scenic. Many of the Greens are elevated and very well maintained. They also have an above average roll which makes them a bit challenging to stick and stay on. Hit your approach shots high and soft and you will love this place.
Good course layout for the occasional golfer
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The starter had a great personally for his job and made me feel welcome to play the course. I would recommend this course for a nice day out.
sanded
We can't give a really fair review because they had plugged and sanded everywhere.
