Interesting course. Shot placement is paramount here.
Course in very good condition.because carts on path only. Plenty of holes have blind shots, play with someone with local knowledge. Not an easy course off the blue markers. Plays longer than indicated,. Narrow fairways, high first cuts and large greens. Will recommend for something a little more challenging than other local courses off the blue / black markers.

Cart path only not stated anywhere
Cart path only sucks when you are playing hills and canyons

Not for Seniors
Entire course set in San Ramon valley so if you like playing on a slope this is your course. The back nine cart path only, the front nine at least 8 hole cart path only??? Prepare to use those legs.!
We quit while waiting at the 16th as three groups also waiting to tee off.
Question: why pay for a cart when the majority of the course is Cart Path Only????

Tough Course
Course being tucked in valley leaves you with mostly slope shots. At least 12 holes are cart path only so prepare for a workout going up and down the slopes. Not a course for Seniors!

Very well maintained does get windy at times.
This course requires accuracy of the tee or you will be punished. However it has a great layout and for those that maintain good course management you can score here. I imagine it’s not very crowded because you must be a good to better golfer. Not a place for everyone COVID beginners beware.
