The narrowest course ever. Fairways are like 20ft wide.

Haven’t seen the greens and fairway conditions this good in a while. Keeping cart path only on all holes has helped the course heal. The nice checkered pattern fairways are back too. The greens were good overall but there are still some random bar spots near the pin. People need to replace their ball marks. The pace was good. We only waited one hole but only for 2 minutes.

Cart path only on this hilly course was brutally slow and laborious. Felt like a 10 hour round. Also there was no beer cart so we all had to do this slog sober. Do not recommend....

I love this course. The greens could use some work as many were extremely bumpy and untamed. Other than that, a great day and a relative bargain for $59 on a holiday.

Long and narrow fairways with real rough . Tough if not hitting fairways . Very challenging and for low handicapped golfers . Definitely go up in tee box to have fun if a hi handicap player . Love the layout !

Only the par 5’a are Golf Cart accessible- terrible slopes for seniors.

Target golf. Need to know your yardages and lay up areas to score so local knowledge is critical. Greens run true. Tee boxes only area needing attention. Staff is terrific!

Interesting course with some tough holes. The course was in good shape after the recent rains although the greens were bumpy and slow

If Johnny Miller doesn’t like his own design, as was relayed to me, how do you think most of us will feel? The course was not in very good shape, especially the greens, however I realize it is wintertime, and this was my first experience with it. Played from the blue tees, some ridiculous carries and hazards that make no sense. I got a discount price from golf now, so the value was fine, but I would not pay a premium to play here. Overall, a bit much for even the above average player, and high handicappers have virtually no chance of a satisfactory experience. Have been playing in the bay area for 60 years and never played this course, now I know why.

I used to love this course, It's ranked within top-5 most difficult in the Bay Area. Tough but fair, since the new owner took out most of the hillside vegetation and removed some bunkers through various owners throughout the years. It's no longer a Johnny Miller course since it is playing relatively easy compared to when this course first opened.

The green is pretty much trashed, it is similar or probably worst than a muni course. Some muni courses greens are in better condition than this course.

I do see greenkeepers on the course working, so either they are not doing a good job or they don't know what the heck they are doing.

Whoever is responsible for running this course down to its current condition should be fired.

For it only being my 5th time ever playing on a course It wasn’t bad. Wouldn’t recommend for a beginning player but it a fun course.

Challenging golf course on a beautiful and undulating layout. Calls for smart course management and patience pays off.

Really well maintained grass. It is a beauty and so close to home tight in the heart of San Ramon.

Pace of play was awesome on what was a light day for the course. Fairways were all in good shape 7&8/10. tee boxes were 6&7/10. Greens 6/10. Bunkers were firm to very firm, but playable- they had takes so no excuses given. It was a great day - the golf cart was comfortable, but the better gave us trouble around the 14th hold, but we and the cart made the full 18. - Overall nice track, will play again in the spring.
