Flamingo Lakes Country Club in Pembroke Pines is one of the area's best-kept secrets. The layout is challenging but it is also very forgiving, making it accessible for players of any skill level. The course differs from other golf courses in the area due to its hilly terrain. Elevation changes are not common occurrences on Florida golf courses but you'll find several tricky uneven lies on this one. It also stands out for its superb conditions. Water hazards come into play on almost every hole, presenting some interesting risk-reward opportunities. There are also several strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout. The layout requires thought and strategy in order to score well. Flamingo Lakes isn't long, instead it provides a quick and challenging round that can be played in less than four hours.

Great course for the money. Lots of water but easily avoidable. Greens were a 9/10. Fairways in good shape. Will go back. Recommended.
Worst customer service, hidden fees
I’ve played this course multiple times with friends, have had a blast and have liked it a lot. The people who work here from the starter to the guy who charges you always left much to be desired but never really cared about it until today. I decided to play a single round and booked my tee time in advance for a single in the morning. At my arrival, I was told that I’ll be riding with someone, thing that was never mentioned during the tee time booking. After requesting to ride alone I had to pay $15 in addition to what I had already paid for the tee time. Ironic and funny thing is that they charge a $2 dollar cart sanitation fee now for cleaning of the carts? You mean to tell me that they’re now only starting to clean the carts? Then you’re cleaning the carts but then pairing random people together? Shame on management and this disgusting service.
Charge for cleaning carts
This golf course nickel and dime customers by charging a cleaning fee. which is nonsense. They should advertise their total price.
Too slow
This course is ok and the price is competitive vs other local courses but they have two big issues to work on. first one is on time starts. I have played this course 6 time and have never tee off on time, never. On average they make you wait about 25 minutes. The other big issues is that they have no Ranger therefore slow groups really slow down the pace of the entire course which makes for over 5 hours rounds on the weekends. if they could work on these two areas it would be a great course to play for the cost.
Delayed Start, Slow Play
We started with a delay of 20 minutes. Terrible pace of play, marshall didn’t seem to do anything.
Greens and fairways are in extemely rough shape, tee boxes are nice.
Never worth your $40.
Depleted and Need Serious Retouch.
The fairways and greens have weeds and are very patchy. I like the layout but it really needs some SERIOUS TLC.

Wow some of those greens were more premium than you would expect. Best value round in the area
The food closed at 2 and the cart lady’s last round was at 12:30? So much for having a beer on a Sunday afternoon. Bring snacks and a lot of water
The pictures are way better than the course
Less than average conditions. Poor customer service from the front desk to the starter. Course layout is pretty much straight and flat. Not impressed for a proclaimed country club.
