Flamingo Lakes Country Club in Pembroke Pines is one of the area's best-kept secrets. The layout is challenging but it is also very forgiving, making it accessible for players of any skill level. The course differs from other golf courses in the area due to its hilly terrain. Elevation changes are not common occurrences on Florida golf courses but you'll find several tricky uneven lies on this one. It also stands out for its superb conditions. Water hazards come into play on almost every hole, presenting some interesting risk-reward opportunities. There are also several strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout. The layout requires thought and strategy in order to score well. Flamingo Lakes isn't long, instead it provides a quick and challenging round that can be played in less than four hours.

Expensive , course in reparations
Golf now should mentioned that the course was on reparations . Only 9 holes were available. For the money we paid we could go to a much better course .
Flamingo Lakes
Only back 9 is available. Front 9 is under renovations. I wish GolfNow would alert these situations when booking reservations. Pace of play was okay considering course was not overly busy for a Saturday. Played the back 9 twice at 4 hour pace. Back 9 conditions are really great and well kept. Greens, fairway and tee boxes are in impressive conditions. That made the round enjoyable

4th time playing in last two months. Course conditions are better than ever and greens are immaculate. Best deal in south Florida.
Greens was terrible
We played the back 9 twice due to maintenance of front nine. All the greens on the back nine was horrible Didn’t enjoy the game. For my others 3 friends very disappointed with my booking no way we will book again in the near future
Only half of course available
Would have been nice to know that only the back 9 where available that day. Ended up playing the back 10 twice and had a good time
Great layout
The front nine holes were closed for renovations but the back nine is very challenging due to the abundance of water holes. Although the greens had been aerated they were already almost back to normal. A little more sand and they will be fine..It was fun replaying the back nine. Flamingo Lakes is definitely worth your time.
There was only the back 9 that was open so I did it twice the pace was great

9 first holes are closed due to maintenance. Only 9 in available for playing. Nice course!
Only 9 holes available
The course only has back nine available to play. Front nine is under construction. I was not aware when I booked with Golfnow. Didn’t find out until I checked in also was charge $2.00 sanitizing fee person even though we were riding in the same cart. There were Cobb Webb’s around the steering wheel as well.

Played today. When arrived was told only back nine open. Seems that front will be closed till around August. Played the back nine twice. Course was in great condition. Will not come back till full course is open but great value if they keep prices low. Worth playing the back twice.
Front 9 is CLOSED
THis is very frustrating finding only when at the golf course that 9 holes are closed.
In addition, be prepared to pay another 2$ per player for ´covid sanitazation ‘
Still good value but downhill fast
I played here a few weeks ago and the greens have deteriorated quickly, but the cart lady is back to normal hours and so is the restaurant! Course is still good value in the area
