Flamingo Lakes Country Club in Pembroke Pines is one of the area's best-kept secrets. The layout is challenging but it is also very forgiving, making it accessible for players of any skill level. The course differs from other golf courses in the area due to its hilly terrain. Elevation changes are not common occurrences on Florida golf courses but you'll find several tricky uneven lies on this one. It also stands out for its superb conditions. Water hazards come into play on almost every hole, presenting some interesting risk-reward opportunities. There are also several strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout. The layout requires thought and strategy in order to score well. Flamingo Lakes isn't long, instead it provides a quick and challenging round that can be played in less than four hours.

Very nice course
Greens are very good and all the course is so green. Really nice play. Is a short course and easy with some water on the sides. Pace was a little slow, lot of seniors playing but again we enjoyed very much.
Overbooked
Yesterday was the 2nd weekend in a row we got to the course and it was severely overbooked. We once again teed off 45 minutes later and barely got the round in before dark.
This course books tee times every 7 minutes knowing darn well they are over booking and stealing peoples money just to fill the tee sheet.
Totally unprofessional
Staff
Staff this morning made me pay to ride alone and made me play with strangers during covid. Did not appreciate seeing others with they’re own carts. Nice course but fidiots running place sorry
We gave up!!!
After 4 and a half hours, we were just finishing the 12th hole. The starter refused to make any attempt to speed up the groups in front that were lagging behind and leaving gaps!!
Rude and Inconsiderate staff
Rude staff and inconsiderate workforce in general. Employees are rude and obnoxious. We hear the club pro saying inappropriate things about another patron on the golf course. These types of things cannot be tolerated. The golf clubs management obviously does not stay engaged with what is going on with their employees. Shame on you Flamingo Lakes. Everyone should feel welcome.
great place for the price
The greens were in the best shape I have seen them. they were fast and well manicured
Cow Pasture ... Stay Away
Such a shame! Seems like a good concept and the layout, while short, even from the tips, is “fun”. I have been playing for over 42 years and one quote I always give ... “I have played enough in my life ... I don’t need to play in the rain or poor conditions”. 10 min. drive away ... I shall not be back.
It is a very playable course
the course is refreshing. It provides a good experience rather than trying to impress you with how difficult you can make a course.
