About
Since opening in 1989, Palm Valley Golf Club has become a favorite among locals for the extremely affordable rates and enjoyable round. Surrounded by acres of horse farms in the heart of Nocatee, the golf course offers an idyllic and relaxing game. The nine-hole layout consists of two par 4s and seven par 3s. The golf course is ideal for beginners or for golfers looking for a casual round, but don't be mistaken: It is not a simple pitch-and-putt. Palm Valley Golf Club features well manicured target greens bordered by sand bunkers and water comes into play throughout. In addition to the golf course, Palm Valley also offers a 10,000-square-foot putting green, the largest in the area.

Owners are letting the course return to farmland
Sand on tee boxes, deep sand on several greens and various types of weeds on all greens. Really sad little course
Hillbilly farm golf
The worst course conditions I’ve ever played on.
Any previous reviews stating otherwise are fraud posts prob from the owners. Sand on tee boxes, sand so deep it was like a trap on several greens.
A shame as years ago this was a decent place to get in some iron work
Great Practice Facility
PVGC is a nice little 9 hole par 3 course (2 hole are par 4 at 240 and 210 yards). Their driving range has a nice new turf area along with classic mats along with newer range balls. This is a great place to hit balls and then walk a quick 9 and practice on course. Majority of the holes are around 100 yards so perfect to work on scoring play. Go out w a few mates and a pop or two and enjoy a walk about. Simple vibes that are sometimes missing at bigger clubs/courses. I recommend checking it out. Cheers ,,,, Mk
Fun in the sun.
I was a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Easy to get range balls, practice putting, and then hit the course.
Very cool 9 hole course
Tight and small. Perfect 9 hole walking course. Coming back asap.
Fun Practice Course
Golf course is not in the best shape, some greens and tee boxes are sandy and the overall conditions are not the best. However, that doesn’t matter, this course is fun to practice your short game on and to bring your kids to. The driving range is great and the putting and chipping areas are fantastic. The staff are great and the overall vibes of the place is great, everyone there either playing, practicing, or working are all there for a good time. It is cheap to play and has a fun layout. All holes are straight and short with some water. Overall a great place to play.
Soggy and shaggy
My son and I liked to play this course throughout the last summer. Today the course was extremely soggy, even though it did not rain last night. The greens were completely un-puttable. Typically, this course's greens play moderately fast. The tee boxes and greens look like they have been reseeded with a winter ryegrass. Tee boxes are much too soft to hit off, and the greens do not roll.
poor start, middle and finish - I'd stay away
clubhouse attendant informs us they don't honor tee times and to wait in line at the first tee !!
never heard that one befpre but prepaid so no choise.
It got worse. First tee was like teeing off from a sand trap - greens were not rolling true as weeds were long and there were burnt out areas. I agree with a previous post and no one should've been subject to these conditions. Its only $10 but seems like owners just gave up
Won't be back
Needs an overhaul
This local pitch and putt could be a very nice short game practice course, However, it needs to be completely overhauled and then maintained. Nobody should’ve been allowed on that course yesterday it was extremely wet and probably did more damage to the course. As always, the driving range and chip and putting greens are very nice and were in good shape.
Best place to relax and hit some balls
This place has always been a favorite of mine. Even when the weather isn't the best, I still like to come out and play. The prices are ridiculously good, chill atmosphere so I'm not stressed about making sure I look like a pro golfer, and the course is fun everytime I play. Greens are a lot better than they were a year ago too. If you want a place to just relax and hit some balls, I say come here.
great for beginners
greens were rough in places but not bad for new players
should be reported as a course shill - how on earth are the course conditions "excellent" ? My fellow golfer who'd never been said they were the worst he'd ever seen and called it a Hillbilly Farm course !
