Good value
Range was being used for a youth program but looked to be in good condition. Good sized practice green with a bunch of flags. Pretty tight course but well kept up for the price.

John A White Golf-Course is in Great Condition and the Golf-Greens are also in great shape for a good golf game!

Everything about this course was excellent. Only downside is that it is only 9 holes. Will definitely be back to play again.

Good overalll
John White is an older golf course in the city of Atlanta. The tee boxes were ok. The greens were slow but consistent. The fairways slope in certain places. The rough is brutal so keep it in the fairway.
There is no water on the course so you are required to purchase before you go out.

The last time I played here the greens were in rough shape. I’m happy to see that they were redone and look amazing! Staff was super friendly as well. I would love to see the clubhouse turn into something more with additional food and beverage options. Would also be nice to have a cart person going around at least on the weekends.

Will be back
Nice course! Some holes end up being parallel to each other so a good number of folks ended up playing their balls from yours or other fairways at times. Great challenge for beginners.
Bathrooms on site do not work. Only 1 port a pottie available. Pee before you get there or just hold it.

Not enough carts
If you book a round on a weekend after 9am, you will be waiting an extra 30 mins to an hour waiting on a cart, with multiple groups in front of you waiting on a cart. This course was purchased by a rich conglomerate that owns dozens of golf courses and has not ponied up to buy a few more carts.

Awesome Owner and Value!
Owner was incredibly nice. Was very welcoming. Some courses the owners or staff are unfriendly and almost snobby that it makes the experience tense for no reason. Not here. Affordable to play and course conditions especially greens were great! Course layout is a little odd due to fairways facing each other and a full 18 course would be nice. Would definitely come back. Better than Chastain!

Great course in great condition. My only knock is the let you book late tee times knowing they’ll be closing soon after. I didn’t get to finish my round but overall I loved the course and I will be back to play it again.

Extremely Disappointed
Today was my first time ATTEMPTING to play at John A White park. The experience was terrible beginning with having to carry my clubs up two hills to a crowed clubhouse which wasn't a good sign.
No carts, and no real system of keeping order of the at least 10 Golfers standing outside waiting for carts that weren't available. Oversold, understaffed, and disorganized is the best way to describe my first experience at this golf course. My tee time was at 10:50a. About a 45 minutes later and no clear understanding how this one person was going to ensure fairness as the late carts were coming back in.
$53 and a waste of 45 minutes after my tee time I decided to leave disappointed and confused about how this golf course could be open in this condition! To top it all off. At the time of this review I still do not know how to get a refund from the online, 3rd organization that I paid to play at a golf course 10 minutes from my house.
