Loved this course! Great value and excellent condition. Can’t wait to come back.

Very nice course. Well taken care of. Drove about an hour and was not disappointed. Greens were quick and very slippery. Tournament the following day may have influenced pin locations. Highly recommend. Only public courses on par with this course, in my opinion are Cateechee or Walker course or Arrowhead Pointe. Chimney does not have the lakeside appeal and the construction noise could be a bother to some but I play alone a lot and put headphones in so noise doesn’t bother me. Would definitely go back.

Course was in great shape. Fairways solid. Greens rolled true. Friendly staff. Course layout is fun and challenging but not too difficult for an average golfer. Will definitely be back.

Such a fun course. It’s almost an hour and a half drive for me but always worth it. Great staff as well. Highly recommend!

Lots of work being done on course.or around course. Clearing out, construction, noise on some holes. Getting close to finishing new Clubhouse and have been told nines will be reversed soon that should be a good change .to this course. Not a difficult course but in good shape considering constuction.

WHAT A GEM, GREAT COURSE, GREAT SHAPE, GREAT STAFF. IT WAS SUNDAY BUt THE BAR/RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED AT 10:30 WHEN WE MADE THE TURN TO GET A DRINK AND SNACK.

Have played this course for years. With the home building going on around the course it’s only gotten better. Played the hot deal which is a steal for the condition of the course.

I play here in 2020 and they were making some improvements then but Wow! They really made this course an outstanding place to play. I’m tipping my hat to the staff. It’s not overly difficult course but has some bite to it. They try to trick you on risk reward holes.and you might in up with a high number. The course itself is in great shape and definitely a hidden gem in north Georgia.

They are putting new subdivision all around the course.

Big trucks and heavy equipments are everywhere with loud noise and dust. I’m not going back till next year when they finished.

It was my first time at Chimney Oaks & it was great. I loved it from the time I drove up until I left. Friendly staff, great practice facilities, great course & layout. It’s worth it. We’ve already booked another round in advance.

Course was challenging while also not being too difficult for myself and my customer. We both play in the 85-90 range so we aren’t the best or worst golfers ever. The only suggestion I would have is that they need to trim around the markers that are located in the fairway to make them more visible. There were several holes that we knew the 100 yard marker was nearby but really had to search for it as the grass was almost completely grown over it. We will definitely be back as we had a great time and the price to play is within our budget.

Played today, forecast was for rain so not many if any golfers on course. Fairways and greens were in Best shape I have ever seen in 3 years playing despite recent aeration, probably due to recent rains they have had.. I do agree with others that course could be improved by water coolers and trash cans sporadically placed on course.

Great condition wish your cars where a little faster and had GPS in them and had more drinking water stations.
