Fairways of Canton Golf Club

Not a long course, but very demanding from the tee box. Many multi tier greens and you better be on the correct tier. Speeds of the greens were inconsistent throughout the course which made for many 15 foot short and 30 foot long putts.

I loved the course and the staff is top notch. Very good for the money and the restaurant is priced great. The food was great and the prices are the best I have seen for the quality. The owner Ron is very friendly and engaging, makes you want to come back and play!!!! I would recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back! Awesome experience and I will be playing there more often.

First time I played this course. The course is in great shape. Greens were extremely fast. Narrow fairways require accuracy. Will definitely play again!

The course was challanging and the greens fast. A beatiful course with beatiful and peaceful scenery.

Tight course with great scenery and very fast greens. challenging but fun. Can't beat the junior rate of $10 if playing with an adult. Very nice conditions. Greens were on the firm side - tough to keep approaches on the surface.

this course is quite challenging. It has some real risk reward holes. Greens are very fast which makes for quite the challenge. But if you play smart you can really attack it.

Course is in great condition.Greens are running smooth and fast and the fairways are in great condition.

This is a fun course. Lots of opportunity for risky shots. If you make them great rewards. If you miss them not so good. I really enjoyed it.

Ball would roll backwards down small hills in the fairways and would not hold on the greens. This is not Augusta but even the Pros would complain about these greens. Pace of play was pathetic. Only saw one Marshall on the course during the entire 18. This was not a weekend round

This was a great course to play at with some scenic shots. It wasnt one of those courses where you would use your driver having many short holes, even the par 5s, but definitely a need of shaping your shots. The greens were rolling extremely fast, almost too fast. The key on this course is placement off the tee shot so you create an angle for the second shot for green attempt. With roller coaster greens and difficult hole locations, you pretty much have to be spot on to mark down a low score. Overall it was a great course and loved the challenge but would not recommend to newer golfers due to very narrow fairways with very little forgiveness and hazards on either side. Played like a TPC course.

Course was nice, the greens were just sanded and are lightning fast. Rest of the course is in nice shape lots of elevation change so be prepared for some akward shots.

The course itself was wonderful and in good condition. The course itself was tougher than expected which proved to be frustrating to my friends and myself. Very hilly with limited traps and water hazards. Most holes seemed to be dog legs either left or right.

we had never played this course before. My playing partner and I
were very impressed with course. the winter fairways were playable we can't wait to play the course when the fairways grow in this summer. The course reminded us of lake arrowhead in waleska with the views and the elevation changes.

I love this course. Views from most holes are spectacular. Holes 15 and 18 are must play holes. I must return to play them again.

No marshalls and play on last round on 03/04 took almost
3 hrs to play the last five holes on the back nine. Very very
frustrating and doubt if I will play there again.
Seems like no one that plays there is aware of letting faster players through

Challenging course with some narrow driving holes and challenging greens with a good mix of difficult, moderate and easier holes. A mountain course have to have a cart to get through this up is very up and down.
Course is always fun to play with Great Holes and Great Views of the North Georgia Mountains. Great views on Mountains from 16 thru 18.

Course was in great shape considering all the resent rain. Greens were true and for most part easy to read. Getting to the greens was challenging for me but fun.

I haven't played this course in the summer, but can only inagine the greens would be very fast (but fair) after being cut. Some of the elevation changes on the greens are extreme, but we really enjoy the course and will be back many times.

I have played this course many times. And although I got a good deal today it seems the services at the course continue to go down and down while the price goes up and up and also the condition of the course continues to drop while the price goes up.
