Native Oaks Golf Club

This was my first time playing the course. I’ve heard good things, so I finally tried it. The price was $85 via GolfNow. I was informed in advance that the course was aerated, so I knew to lower my expectations.

The course and operations show promise. I’m compelled to return once the course recovers from aeration and all of the wetness from recent rains. I predict that the course will be in great shape by mid-April.

As for conditions on the day, the bunkers were soggy with standing water in some of them. The fairways were “furry”, which made for low roll. I assume that the fairways haven’t been cut since aeration a few days prior. The greens were sandy of course, but rolled true enough to make two-putts. However, chipping and putting was a challenge as expected. All in all, it was difficult to score well due to the conditions. That said, I will return to try the course with more typical conditions.

The food at the clubhouse was decent and a good value. The service at the turn was quick.

Gorgeous course, amazing layout, just the only thing was it rained the day before so it was pretty wet so the only thing I could complain about was just how wet some spots would be and a few of the greens needed to be repaired but that was it other than that amazing course and 100% recommend.

Quiet and tucked away. Greens and fairways in excellent condition even after a few days of rain. Definitely going back.

We really liked the course, but the day we played the course was wet everywhere due to rain. But we enjoyed the course. Definitely will come back!

This was are first time playing at this course. We found the course challenging but fair. The course was in good condition. Greens were in good condition but tricky. We played in 4 hours.

Staff was very friendly and gave us good advice on how to play several holes.

We will definitely play it again

Very nice nice course. Fairways and greens in great shape. Worth the money to play. I would play it again when I can.

Greens 5 stars , fairways 4 stars. , bunkers 3 stars . Getting a bit pricey now at $85.but had a great day. .

It wasn't the first time playing for me but for the friends I was with, it was their first time and unfortunately it may be their last. We ended up teeing off over an hour later (original tee time was 10:20) at 11:due to frost delay. The groups in front of us were so slow that the front 9 took over 3 and a half hours. When getting to the back nine, the starter suggested we play the front 9 if we wanted to finish before dark. Excellent idea!! So we did! We finished when the sun was just setting. Unfortunately, my 7 friends who traveled over 2 hours to play the course, never got to see or enjoy the whole course.
