Native Oaks Golf Club

I played Native Oaks for the first time and enjoyed it for sure. I thought I'd get local course knowledge from the other players, but they were all visitors as well.

The front 9 really fit my eye with open fairways and doglegs you could pretty mush see around to them; the back however had doglegs that were blind and caused me to second guess the club selection.

The front and the back are very different almost as if there were two different courses in the same location. I like courses to feel the same in their look for all 18, but this did not IMO. I asked the group if they enjoyed the front or back the best and to a man except for myself they chose the back 9. I really enjoyed the company and the course is recommended by me.

This course is beautiful and challenge. Staff is great. Very accommodating and friendly. Newer carts with great interactive GPS. Love Plato g here every time I get the chance.

Great driving range and putting/chipping green, and the first few holes were nice, but then the rest had bad upkeep. Grass growing in bunkers (even swallowing up a bunker on hole 10). Nice course design, but the upkeep did not warrant the high price. I will not be back

After the rains of Hilary, the course was in good shape. Fairways were super, greens were very solid and soft. There were a few spots that the ground was wet & muddy, but to be expected after the 3-4" of rain we had. Some nice elevated tee's, and some nice doglegs on the course to make it interesting. There were plenty of narrow fairways as well, to add to the challenge. It was an unexpected pleasure to play here and highly recommend the course.

There were a number of younger golfers on the course who were prepping for an upcoming tournament. By their pace of play, you'd think they were playing for BIG dollars. This made it impossible to get any kind of rhythm going from shot to shot. We saw zero marshals/ambassadors on the course. Couldn't call the course to complain due to poor cell phone signal strength. Significant maintenance ongoing on two of the par 4s on the back side. I'll be back, but not for a few months.

The course, layout and natural beauty is spectacular.

Course is still in good shape, starting to decline a bit since we played it 4 weeks ago. 10th hole is still a mess, but playable. Bunkers need major work. Hard packed and un rakeable. However overall great value. Will still play this course. I’m sure they will get them fixed and finish the 10th hole.

It is beautiful course but need a lot of repair and improvement.

We had old gift cards, course did research and we got on in front of a couple of walkers.

Great condition, greens were true, pace was excellent, hit a drive 273 yards!

Conditions were a bit wet. They had some flooding and there is a few holes that have been affected. But, that said, I would definitely come back. I love the back 9. Greens are great. Fun course.

I want to start off by thanking the very friendly staff and accommodating people that work there. Everyone from check in to snack bar are very friendly and working hard to make your experience well. However, course was very wet from watering and greens were really slow and spongy. Course layout wasn’t challenging and pretty straightforward. I do see a lot of potential in the course but right now it just isn’t popping. A couple of areas were ground under repair and one hole completely off limits from the tee box. If you live close by then maybe this is a good spot but I drove an hour out on a recommendation. Value for course just wasn’t there right now. Had a fun round with friends as always but still needs much improvement.
