About
The Chimneys Golf Course features 18 holes of exceptional golf. Our signature feature is the abundance of native rock found on-site, intricately hand-laid throughout the course to accent our greens, fairways, and pedestal tees. With strict attention to detail and no homes in sight, the course plays as a par 72, just shy of 6500 yards over five sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all abilities. Combined with southern, hometown charm, The Chimneys is an experience unlike any public course in north Georgia.

1/21/2021 Chimneys
First time playing this course, found a hot deal tee time, and I loved the layout. The course really isn't super long, but it will challenge your skill to use your long irons. It was cold and wet but the course held up great! Can't wait to try it out again on a sunnier day.
Fun course
I love this course! Always a great time. I just wish the other golfers would fix their ball marks on the greens. I must have fixed a dozen today makes me mad that people just ignore them. You made them fix them !
Chimneys course in good condition.
Enjoyed a day of golf with my son at the Chimneys. There are a couple of drivable par 4s on the back nine which add a little fun.
Great value for a fun round of golf.
Chimneys is a pretty good track. The fairways are wide and the greens are in very good shape. Even in the cold the course is in great shape. We will be back.
Great course lay out.
Many holes are wide fairway and flat which is rare at Atlanta area.
Winter golf
The fairways are pretty much browned out for winter but there was still plenty of grass under the ball to make a good shot. The greens are fast and smooth and roll true.
Great Day!
Got a 65 degree day in December, so not many complaints. The course is in very good condition. All greens were in very good shape. Sand is EVERYWHERE, so be precise, but the sand is cared for and fluffy. Got paired up with a couple of friendly guys and we played a slow round - but still came in right at four hours even. GREAT VALUE!!

Enjoyed again
Played from the old men’s tee this time due to the cold weather. It did improve my play a little.
Got little tired due to my ball getting away from the cart pass, but we finished in 3 hrs.
