Mirror Lake Golf Club - Lake Course

Tee time spacing is ridiculous. Be prepared to play a very slow round during peak times. Greens are decent but inconsistent day to day and green to green.

Played the Lake Course. It’s called the Lake Course for a reason. If you’re wild you will pay. Don’t try the hero shots if your game is not up there.

Definitely worth the $48 Hot Deal price on a Monday afternoon.

The course was a fun layout, there are some risk-reward shots where you can cut corners or even drive greens if you play the right shot. The only issue I had was the greens; they had recently been punched and filled with sand, but they were rolling very true and fast. I enjoyed it; the wind was definitely out the day I played, making it a little more difficult, but overall, a good experience, and I would recommend it as well as play it again. We ended up playing the mountain course instead of the Lake, which I had played before, and I still prefer the layout of the Lake.

The staff was genuinely nice and welcoming. With the season picking up, the course itself wasn’t in bad shape, though some of the landscaping could be better maintained for the price point. One key issue was the lack of course maps. If you haven’t played there before, it becomes frustrating. When I checked in, I wasn’t given any direction on where to go, which delayed our round because I kept having to search for the next tee box. It slowed the entire experience down.

Challenging course if you’ve never played it before. Pace was a little slow as the tee times are every 9 minutes

What a joke of a course. Charged my credit card for an extra tee time spot because a friend had an emergency and could not play.

We had 3 of the 4 show up. This is the courses discretion as well. I have never had this happen to me and I have played all over Georgia!

This Course wasn’t even busy and the tee sheet had plenty of available tee times for the whole day!

Also, the range balls are free to use on the range and they will still charge you to use them. No grass on tee boxes. Terrible customer service. It says member for a day on the tee sheet but they will be sure to let you know you are not welcome! Members stacking 5/6somes and they will jump your tee box at the start.

Course is in good shape, the Tee boxes need a little work but overall a great course for the money. We had a foursome in front of us that were playing at a 5-5.5 hour pace, but the Ranger moved them a long.

They let a 6 some out on a day that was Cart Path Only. They held up the course and the Marshall, who we saw a half dozen times did nothing. Our round took 5 1/2 hours and it would have been 6 if we didn't skip 17. I dont understand this lack of management from the course and unfortunately I have come to expect this level of ignorance and inconsideration from my fellow golfers. I consistently see 5 somes on this course and one time saw 8; that day I called the pro shop. I have a tee time today and it will be the last time I play here. It's a bummer because its a great golf course.

Everything was great at the course. Just need to keep the kitchen open a little later for those teeing off at 12 and not getting finished until 5 PM.

Love this course. If you haven’t played it before or in a while, you need to add it to your golf schedule. Greens were in great shape. One of the best course layouts around. I’ll play it again soon.

The pace of play was great and the course was nice but it rain the night before and the number 2 hole fairway was soaked so I just skipped it but all in all great course
