Bad
Course grass was horrible. Fairway was weeds and patchy. T box was sand.
Greens were patchy.
I played two years ago and it was very nice but has deteriorate.
Layouts is beautiful. with a lot of work it could be a 10.
Fairways in great shape
Fairways in great shape. Greens were really bare. Most had major missing spots but the dirt was level and puttable. Not what I was expecting when I started playing. Asked the starter if anything special about the course and he said nothing special. Would like to have been advised about the condition of the greens. Still enjoyed the day. Nobody behind me or in front of me so never felt rushed.
Disappointing
Condition of the course was borderline unplayable. Very disappointed. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Low Handicappers Beware
The premise of the course is nice. A par 3 course that you can casually play and ride while on a beach trip with the family. The course itself is in miserable condition. Tee boxes are mostly sand and muck, greens are completely fried and overgrown. Maybe if you don’t play much or are a high handicapper it’s a decent bargain. I’ve played here a few times over the years and this recent trip was probably my last. Doesn’t seem like much is being done to keep the course in even decent shape.
Charles A
Played here 6/8.I have played here once before but this time I took my daughters who are beginners. Staff gave us a discount due to work on some greens. Other than that, conditions were good and we had a nice round of golf.
Not great
Condition of course seems to have deteriated since we played previously, especially the greens. Layout is okay and staff is very friendly but overall would not recommend except maybe to first timers/newcomers who are just learning the game and don't want to pay what the nicer courses charge. This was early June. I can only imagine how bad it will be when it gets even drier in summer.
Very bad
Greens are absolutely not in shape. Fairways are decent. For this to be in Myrtle beach it’s the best price you’ll find around but pay the extra money somewhere else. I’ve came here for a few months and it looked 10x better in the winter. Cart paths will hurt your back , greens are hairy and sloppy , tee box’s are pretty beat. It’s just not the trip to take here. Maybe if your local wanting to mess around. If your looking for a great driving range this is the spot! Other than that. Take it somewhere else
Not Bad for the Price
We had to bowl at 7 PM but we wanted to get a quick round in so this course fit the bill. When we checked in, we were informed they were "doing some work" on the greens so they discounted us from $44 to $34. All in all, the day was okay. The course layout wasn't bad but some of the holes were a bit of a shooting gallery. The tee boxes ranged from good to very scratchy as were some of the grassy areas short of or around the greens. On the greens, there were a lot of sanded areas and several of the greens looked like they were being attacked by a fungus or something. Still, we had fun and wouldn't rule out playing it again. Just don't expect Augusta National...
Not good
Executive course with greens under severe distress. Best to check on that progress before playing.
Honest Par 3
We’ve been there many times.
Very good when you want to practice short distance
Putting and chipping.
Close from big campgrounds on Surfside.

Course was in bad shape. Most of the greens where damaged and you can't putt over the damaged areas. No ranger we had to follow to yahoos how where using a single set of clubs playing in jeans and tee shirts then on hole 14 and 15 they drove across the green. Bad enough the course was in sad shape with no discount offered. Then for management to not drive around the course to keep pace of play moving. If they had, they would have saw what I'm noting. At the end of of round I saw no good reason to share what we observed, I felt it best to have others considering the course to be forewarned.
Fun Golf
Great course to improve on your golf skills. Even though it is an executive course it was very challenging
