About
Located just north of Tampa in Tarpon Springs, Crescent Oaks Country Club sprawls across rolling hills dotted with sparkling lakes. The narrow course has a traditional layout that was carefully carved from dense woodlands, making it a challenging test. The lakes as well as a meandering creek come into play throughout the golf course. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. The par-5 10th is one of the most memorable holes with an elevated green and a ridge cutting across the middle. Par is considered a good score on this tricky hole. The golf course finishes with a par-4 dogleg left that features water along the entire left side of the fairway. The green is also protected by sand on the right and water on the opposite side.

Great greens (undulating)
Great course always seems to be in great shape too! Price is good compared to other courses in the area.Thanks to all the employees that make it happen at Crescent Oaks
Great course and great food
Showed up early to have lunch before the round. Burgers off the open flame grill were awesome! Course was in good condition, the greens were great and the fairways were a little dried out. Sand traps were in good shape with plenty of sand. Nice driving range and short practice area. Staff got us out right after a tournament and we finished in less than four hours. Will definitely play again.
Exceeded Expectations
I had heard some unpleasant things about the course but was very happy with Crescent Oaks. Course conditions were good. Greens were fair. Pace of play was much better than other courses we played in Tampa area.
Slow play
I had a weekday tee time on a sunny warm morning day. The round started well but soon play was very slow. We waited on the tee box as well as the fairway. The round took close to 5 hrs long. The course was in good condition but the greens were rolling a little slow.
Course needs to have Rangers!
Without any rangers on this course, the pay to play was absolutely ridiculous. There is people in front of us that absolutely

Great Track
The course is in great shape and the layout is pristine.

Good course
The lay out was very nice and the condition of fairways were also great. I totally recommend this course.
A good time
Was a reasonable round time wise after discouraging start. 4.5 hours for our foursome. Fairways, greens, rough, and bunkers all in great shape, while tee boxes are often on a slope and/or mangled. A reasonable value overall, and I'll be back.

Micro sized greens
med fast rolled true...Just WAY too small a target some greens only 40 ft by 20ft Tiny!
Its a glorified executive course, with the size of the greens.
Solid not great
This course has a terrific layout! Extremely appealing for the average and skilled golfer. With a mix of easy to more difficult holes this course has something for every golfer. Look out for the gators, turkey and dear! This course has an abundance of wildlife. Worth the trip, wish they had a walking rate though.
