Crescent Oaks Country Club

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful upon arrival, job well done! The golf course was hit and miss. Some really good holes out there, but overshadowed by the holes that have been squeezed onto the property to make a full golf course. This was also evident in the greens, many of which were much smaller than average. Under the right circumstances I would probably play again.

What an incredible course. You can tell the greenskeeper and grounds folks are in their game. Powdery sand, guarded holes and length enough to test your woods. Bring your A game to this one and enjoy. If the price were twice as much it would still be a bargain.

Staff is very friendly as is cart girl fairways are a bit thin but overall good, and greens are very good and fast

I arrived to find tee times backed up 15 minutes which is exactly what happened the last time I played here. The course is fair and fun but jamming foursomes of amateurs out every 8 minutes is ridiculous. Not worth the drive from Clearwater.

Great layout, lots of water, fast greens, Very nice fairways. Front nine played slow, back nine was fine. This gem was only $35.00. What a deal. You will not be disappointed.

Played here last year in better conditions and wanted to try again. Way worse conditions than last year even tho I expected it being winter play. Course layout isn’t great you must put driver away on 5+ holes in certain tight tee shots so course management is a must. Decent value for the money and pace of play was great dispute a group of members who spent 5 mins talking to cart girl while I waited on the tee then tried telling me to skip the next 115 yard par 3 instead of playing up with and passing them seamlessly until one guy from the group said to play thru. Bare spots everywhere and fairways are dead flat and not great lies. $40 not terrible price but you get what you pay for

Wouldn’t recommend this course to anyone as a public venue. Seems to work ok for the members who were the most unfriendly I’ve ever met on a golf course ( staff wasn’t much better) course layout and conditions were just ok- definitely not a good value and not interested in either visiting here playing it again. So many other nice courses for less $$ and friendly faces

Overall good conditions tee boxes a little spotty. Good pace of play

The greens were quick on Saturday despite being bumpy. It mostly was cosmetic likely from players ahead not doing their due diligence of tapping down spike marks and repairing ball marks. Tees were in good shape, fairways were narrow, but provided a good lie so I appreciated finding them. The rough was short and not penal which is typically in winter. Fortunately I only found a fairway bunker or two. They were consisent. The pace of play started off slow, but ended fine. We played as a twosome surrounded by foursomes and still got it in, in 4'ish hours.

The course conditions were very good with the exception being the very uneven and sparse tee boxes. Greens rolled very nice and most of the fairways were in good shape.
