Windermere Country Club

The fairways and greens were in good shape. The greens rolled true but were slow.
The rough, with dormant Bermuda, was near nonexistent.
Overall a fun course, but make sure you play from the correct tees for your skill level. The wrong ones can make for a miserable day.

Tough course not enjoyable to play. Very slow pace,

1:09pm tee time and was able to get off 30' early. Course was not crowded so didn't have to wait on anyone ahead of us and didn't feel like we were being pushed, as a result we (3some) completed 18 in 3.5 hrs (nice!). Course was in fair shape, tee boxes were recently aerated with fairways in average shape. Greens were a little shaggy and slow, but overall the course provided a challenging experience at a decent price.

Not sure what you could call special about this place unless you get a great rate from Golf Now. The next day I played Royal Oaks in Ocala and there was no comparison as Royal Oaks is better layout, better aesthetics and better condition. BTW, guess which course costs less?

This course was a pleasant surprise, I played it with some friends and we really enjoyed the round. I would recommend Windermere to anyone especially locals.

Good course, nice layout good for all ability levels

I was looking for a new course to play and looked it up on Golf Now. Went to the website and it sounded good. I'm glad I made the tee time. The course was in great shape and it was a pleasure to play. Challenging and yet fair. Played with two local folders and had a wonderful time. Had lunch I'm the grill which had a good choice of dishes and the food and service were great.

This course is a fun course and I will play again when I'm in Orlando area again.

average conditions. Good layout. Slow greens. No beverage cart on course but lots of water and ice at the tees. Hard to find the clubhouse. Should have more signs between the entrance and the clubhouse.. Some areas need some TLC.

Very friendly staff, had early Saturday morning tee time and finished in about 4 hrs. Will play here again

Really enjoyed my round at Windermere CC. Greens rolled great and enjoyed the layout. Definitely recommend it as a quiet get away. Worth the drive from the resorts!

The course was in very good condition. The staff was friendly and the pace of play was great during our round.

Just wanted everyone to know how much I enjoyed the value of this course. The layout of this course is fun and the tiered greens are excellent for challenging putting. I used GolfNow to book my tee time in the last 24 hours and got excellent value for a single golfer. Paid from 35 to 60 dollars for each round and the course gave me more then that in value. Windermere is also an excellent community to drive through. Recommend golfing early on a weekday morning if you wish to golf alone as several of my 8 - 9 am starts I certainly had the option to golf alone, playing several golf shoots into the greens if I wished. Thanks Windermere, see you next visit for sure.

Really enjoyed this course. Fun layout and pretty good condition. Pace was okay. Really helped getting paired up with someone who has played the course before because there are some tricky holes. I will be back.

The course, facilities and staff were all very enjoyable, for sure. A fun layout and a great day. Highly recommended.

Nice and well kept. Most of the par 4 holes were a bit similar (driver + wedge). Otherwise very nice course.

We Played very quickly, and everyone who worked at the course was very nice and accommodating! The course was in good condition and was a fun layout, plus I had a great hot dog at the turn!! I highly recommend the course!

Greens were in very good condition as well as fairways.

Great golf course. Always enjoy playing it. Staff is courteous and efficient. Facilities are also outstanding.
