Windermere Country Club

Lovely course not far from all attractions and every bit as good if not better than a lot if other courses charging twice the price..staff were great and course was in excellent shape .would definitely recommend anyone play this course

Enjoyed the treatment Country Club Feel even though it was public play. Staff was very professional.

We waited on every shot for 13 holes and never saw a ranger. The group in front of us were struggling, but were nice guys despite having holes open in front of them. On the fourteenth they were a hole and a half ahead of us and a ranger told us we were slow? I think the ranger asked them to skip a hole and came right after us. I never got a chance to ask the group in front of us. Very unprofessional for an other wise classically fun course and club.

Average course. Spotty shape at times. Very narrow. Not alot of driver holes. Plenty of other good choices!

The course was acceptable but the greens were terrible. shaggy, so slow, some greens had grass patches, not just plugged, but like weave-work combining dirt and grass patches. We kept up with the group in front of us but literally took 5 hours to complete. The directions on golfnow were not accurate, so despite doubling the estimated time to arrive, we showed up 5 minutes past tee time - even after we stopped twice seeking directions from others. Course commented that they are hard to find - so use your GPS, not the online directions. Would have been very disappointed if we had paid full price, but we paid 50% using golfnow.com, thank goodness!

Challenging course with good greens and fun to play. Requires all your shots. Long par 3's but interesting. Greens better than past years and course in good condition. Over seeding took well.

After playing a high end, expensive , dull, flat course, we found this lovely course, a little longer drive than we hoped for, but it was wot hit. So much so, that we reserved a second round after in the week. One drawback,, Pace of Play is awful. Signs and clocks all over telling you 4:20 minutes, took well over 5 hours, no rangers, no one cares. After paying there 2 days later, we were paired with 2 staff members, 2 nod round was slower, when we asked about rangers, got shrugged shoulders. Nice course, but prepare to wait every shot

Good track in a great area. Conditions were less than great but were acceptable

Met a club pro before I started from my area that works there in winter. Got paired up w/3 players that were a lot of fun. Employees were courteous and friendly. 15 and 16 were the most challenging. A beautiful course close to nature.

Great course. My home course. Shaping shots help. Shorter course from the tips. Scoring low is definitely achievable. Great facilities and course is always in great condition. The day I played it had rained the night before so the course was a bit soggy but still in great condition.

The course was okay as far as the greens and the fairways but the rough was terrible most of the time you're hitting off bare dirt lies which made it very difficult to do anything with the ball

a great track. they do a lot with the AJGA and Sean Foley golf academy. the pace was a little slow the day we played but the rain we had made it cart path only. if you book a golf trip in Orlando and don't play this course you have totally missed out

Greens are challenging. Wet course, doesn't drain well. Cart path only.

Windermere is an excellent value for the money. The staff is very friendly and customer focused. The course was in very good condition with a challenging layout. There are some beautiful holes that offer great risk reward shot opportunities. The greens were in very good condition and while not exceptionally fast, they were undulated enough to make them challenging.

Very nice course. Cart Path only when we played, but excellent course in spite of the weather. Will play again. Great course for the price.

Great course, excellent facilities, worth the short drive from the park areas. Would recommend for golfers of all abilities

The food and booze is pricey but the greens were lightning fast and in excellent condition

Nice course -- convenient to disney. Scenic layout -- challenging but not too difficult. Good amount of water and traps makes it fun to play. Very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend .

Fair course for the good ball striker. Saw lots of exotic birds and an 8 foot alligator.

Course was in fair shape but fairways a little bare. The green's were moderately fast but true. We joined two other golfers from Kansas and overall it was a pleasant day.
