About
Winter Park Pines Golf Club has offered one of the most affordable rounds in the greater Orlando area since first opening in 1968. The course has a traditional design that is ideal for beginners though it's also great if you're looking for a quick, casual round. The par-70 golf course may seem odd with a par-34 front nine and a par-36 back nine, but the layout manages to blend together seamlessly. The golf course has short par 4s and par 3s of varying lengths. There is one par 5 that measures 462 yards. The first half of the course is especially scenic with mature trees framing most of the holes. In addition to the golf course, Winter Park Pines also has a practice facility available. It features a driving range as well as putting and chipping greens with a bunker.

Winter Park Pines
This course is not worth the money! Pace of play was horrible. Payed for 18 only got 9 in and wouldn’t give us a rain check for 9. Practice facilities are good for the course. Course needs some love.

Excellent course condition for the $. Value short course. Would love for there to be room for one more par 4 on the back nine and the combination or two of the consecutive par 3s into a lengthy par 5 thus making the back 9 a par 34 instead of its current par 31.

busy course with quick greens
The pace was about 4 hours and the weather windy. The greens are fairly fast with few flat spots...tough putting. The tee boxes are worn, but the fairway in good condition. Long par 3's on the back 9 make for a difficult time.

Casual fun
Some drainage issues and casual water issues here and there but generally a fun course for the average golfer

Ok for what it is
Pretty slow as this is a popular course. Conditions were fair but didn’t enjoy the layout all that much.

Super Nice Course
Nothing exquisite but would definitely play again. They teed us up a little late but never had to wait for a shot. Course in really nice condition. Greens were running pretty quick!

Pleasantly Surprised
I have played Winter Pines a whole bunch of times and have never been disappointed with its conditions. The staff and maintenance crew have definitely been doing a great job. For a Public community course, I was Pleasantly surprised how well kept the course was. For the price and quality, I was very pleased with my round.

Nice course layout, but a little wet in areas.
Fun course to play. Even though it hadn't rained in a few days, the course was still pretty wet in areas. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were friendly and the pace of place was pretty good.
