About
The Links of Lake Bernadette enjoys verdant landscaping and a rolling terrain that are perfectly complemented by mature and towering pines. At 6,400 yards, the golf course is seemingly short but it feels like it plays much longer due to frequent doglegs that can be found throughout. Six of the par 4s play over 400 yards and a few par 3s measure over 200 yards, which also helps the course feel longer. Water hazards and bunkers come into play but they are balanced by large greens and wide fairways that make for easier approaches. Although beginners won't feel out of place and there are four different sets of tees, the golf course boasts several tricky holes that will challenge even the best players. One of these, the 163-yard 13th, was once called the best par 3 in Tampa Bay.

Golfer Reviews
No Greens
I have played this course frequently and like it. I would have loved to play yesterday, however there were no greens they had. All the greens closed was made for a terrible day out there. They said that if I would have called and let them know they would have told me. They said golf now never puts that information out there. So buy them from golf now was a bad thing this time
Greens
When booking the T time, I was not informed about all the greens were out of service. I like this golf course, but as long as the greens are out of service me and my friends will not play there.
Don't go at this time
I've played here many many times over the past 10 years and this is the worst I've seen it. To make matters worse, GolfNow did not give notice of the renovations. There were signs staying to not use the tee boxes or greens due to the renovations. It was bad. The fairways were also in poor conditions as well.
Where are the cows
Have played this course in the past and was embarrassed that we asked friends to play They explained the situation with the greens, but failed to mention the fairways. Between the crabgrass and the unmowed grass, it was truly a challenge We asked for our money back, but since we had booked thru Golf now they couldn't. $114 for 4 people was about $100 too much.
Dry Bernadette
I like this course but it’s very dry right now. The effects of the winter visitors is still very visible.unfortunately..That is the reason behind a recommendation to play.
Needs work but still alright
I would continue to play here for general availability if other places are booked but the state of the course is unfortunately sub-par. The greens are terrible and inconsistent shag carpet. The fairways are almost okay but don’t expect any rollout for fliers. Stingers are what you’ll need here. Beyond that staff is awesome! Pro-shop is pretty well sorted and carts are in good shape. Just wish they would shut down and take care of of the greens and mow more frequently.
have played here many times in the past. some of the greens were in pretty bad shape, lack of rain. but for the most part it was in pretty good shape.
Not good
Tees and fairways were very dry due to lack of rain but the greens were terrible. Bald spots all over and very bumpy. It was more or less a cow pasture. I like the layout of the course but needs some sserious TLC
Great value
Greens need a lot of work. Carts were great and nice layout.
BC 5 7 26
Unfortunately the course is in very poor condition due to the drought. I was told they are going to replace the greensand tee boxes in July/August. Both need it. There are a few greens that are ok, but many more that are poor or worse. The layout continued to be a good one. Suggest you call about conditions before you make a tee ti.e. sorry, Links of Lake Bernadette. But I am always honest in my reviews. Hope to see you in the fall.
Hot n Dry at Bernadette
I like the course, it’s a great set up and always throws a challenge at you.
The weather has not been nice though. Tee boxes and some fairways are suffering from the lack of rain. Hopefully the summer rains fix it.
Let down
Poor course conditions. Felt like I was playing on a 4x4 track. Greens were horrible.
Putting green surface in bad shape
The putting greens were in very bad shape on the front 9. I did not play rhe back 9 due to a group of 3 decided to start theor round on the back 9 instead of the front.
