About
Located in the Central Valley, Micke Grove Golf Links is surrounded by scenic vineyards. The course is mostly flat and measures to a reasonable 6,565 yards from the back tees, but it is not to be underestimated. There are some tough holes including the par-5 fifth, which requires an accurate tee shot in order to avoid the hazards on both the left and right. There are challenges in store for more advanced players but it is a fairly straightforward layout that is not too intimidating for beginners. The large greens can sometimes be tricky. Eight lakes also come into play throughout the golf course and there are more than 40 bunkers strategically placed along the greens and fairways. The signature hole is the par-3 14th. This 179-yarder calls for a tricky carry over water.

Course well taken care of
From tee to green the course was well taken care of
Great condition for mid summer
This was my forth round at Micky in the last few weeks and was again struck by the great condition of the course especially for mid summer here in Central California. This is a fun track and I learn a little more about the course each time I tee it up there. Pace of play is good but not great at times. I'll be back and would definitely recommend this course .

Although all 4 of didn't play our best golf that day it was playing golf which is better than the next best thing
Always a good day of golf at Micke Grove!
Mike Grove golf course is always fun to play. Conditions are always good and the layout is fair and challenging. Fairways and Greens are always consistent. You don't have to bump the ball.
It's a must play for me at least once every 4-6 weeks. I have to drive 50 min to get here but I feel it's worth it.
Yes it can be busy but we played a 3 some and finished in about 4 hrs.
Good sandwiches and cold beer!
It was a good day to play a round.
As always, I had a great round of golf. Greens where their best, the fairways well groomed.

This course is harder than it looks, it has big fairways and wide open spaces, but it also has a lot of water and sand traps, that will eat you up.

It did rain a little bit but that was expected. Course is looking very nice.
Greens were in excellent condition.
Overall the course was in excellent condition. Greens were very good, fairways were great, and the rough was not that difficult to get out of. Great price for a very good golf course.

Everything was really good, except pace were very slow due to were there were a few 5somes I front of us.
In great shape
In great shape. Pace of play medium fast 4hrs for 18 on a Friday mid day not to bad. Didn't have to wait but a couple of times. Going back Monday.
Wind made for a bigger challenge
Fun day despite the weather. The wind increased the difficulties this course can present.
Once old is new again
Course is green, new golf carts, staff always friendly and a good place to spend playing golf.

My husband and I really enjoyed this course. We had a 6:48am tee time so it was not as busy as I have read in previous reviews. The course was in great condition and everyone was extremely friendly. This was our first time playing in over a year and we cannot wait to go back.
Great Course
Friendly course with some tough holes but a lot of forgiving holes for those of us with a slice to our game. Very well laid out course and I will be playing it again and again!
