San Dimas Canyon Golf Course

I am a single female golfer and the staff seem to go out of their way to make me feel welcome. (That's why I played here again this week). The greens are in good shape. There are a few dry patches in the fairway which is to be expected in this weather. Overall pace of play was fine, I can always play a little faster. I will definitely be back soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my round. I felt right at home as a single female golfer. I got paired with a good group and we all played comfortably from the white tees. I teed off around noon and there were no backups and no one was pushing us either. I will play they again in a heart beat, hopefully next week.

tee off at 5:40am on a Sat , get done by 9:45am , course in a great shape ,

The pace of play here is like watching paint dry. 5somes all day long. They double book tee times so you have 3 groups trying to tee off at the same time. Nice course if you don't mind waiting forever between shots.

Slow play!! Unfortunate cause the course is in great shape and a pleasure to play.

Very playable. Not the longest... but don't need length with some of the great set ups. Risk reward definitely in play here. #9 was a little crazy with the dog leg...but coming in from #1 fairway is a great angle.

Good course layout and green condition.

Course was in good shape. I've played here quite a bit and always had a good experience, the greens are the real challenge, you can play to hit the fairways but if you miss a green or get on the high side of the cup you will have a hard time making par, its difficult but fair, its a mountain course and lots of fun to play.

I am an 18 handicap golfer and this course challenged me to the fullest I ended up shooting a 102 here. Very difficult pin placements and 12 of the 18 fairways are very narrow. Fun course to play but don't recommend it for anyone who has a handicap over 100.

I have played this course several times in the last year. We like the course layout and the greens are in great shape. The pace of play here is the reason I would not recommend it to a friend. It should not take 5hrs to play a round of golf if you tee off at 5:30 in the morning. The marshall did ask the group ahead to pickup the pace, but they can only do so much. I would suggest not letting fivesomes out.

can't rate food we didn't eat.............but everything else was great...............will surely play the course again and again. mickey h

Friendly staff always makes a round of golf more enjoyable. Course well maintained, great greens.

Played mid day Thursday. The condition is pretty good. However the POP is very slow. We were backed up behind two very slow ladies' groups (4 and 5 some). Three marshals just sitting in their carts and doing nothing. I guess the only purpose for them taking the marshal's jobs is to get free rounds of golf. At hole 10, we had four groups waiting. Ladies were just taking their time, eating corns, putting on make ups and chatting on the green...

Left after 9 holes. 3.5 hour front 9. Old red-headed man working the desk was condescending and rude. Ambassadors everywhere, but don't say a word. Won't be coming back.

I've played this course many times and I was thoroughly impressed by the condition of the course. The tee boxes and greens were in very good condition and it made the course very enjoyable

Greens sandy and bumpy. Fairways nice Joined another twosome very nice people, did not feel pushed,even though busy. Course challenging.

The course itself has it's challenges, but the greens make this course so much harder to score lower. I played two days in a row which helped my score the 2nd day, but I could not play these types of greens all the time or might through my putter haha.

Pace of play was good, tee boxes were in good shape, fairways about average. the green were punch 1/2 and no one said a word till after we were booked paid and checked in!

Really, this is the kind of stuff that annoys me. All courses punch their greens, but not to say anything and still charge the regular rate!

Starter was in a big hurry for us to wait on every hole. He was a little too pushy for my liking. Everything. Else was great. We knew the round would play a little longer since we teed off after 9 but apparently the starter wanted us to hurry up and wait.
