Beautiful Course!
I have not played LCGC in about 10 years, and played it in the winter. So I decided to Everything - tees, fairways, and greens were in great shape! It’s a gem that many in the area may sleep on due to the commute. I’ll definitely be back more frequently. Kudos to the Superintendent (Fish) and the rest of the staff.
BTW, I did not rate amenities because the grill was closed. But there is a truck with hotdogs and refreshments that makes rounds at the course, and the pace of play was slower due to junior qualifiers on the day I played. Otherwise I’d give five stars.
Great course - just missing some details
Love the course. Designed for all abilities. Was in great shape, even after heavy rain. Everyone was nice and it played at 4:30.
Just need to tighten up little things like long waits for food at the turn. Ball washers out of soap. Even tiny stuff like not refrigerating the candy in the beverage cart on a hot day. Attention to detail.
Look forward to trying again in the future.

I booked this round via Golf Now. Because of threatening afternoon weather the staff kindly permitted me a much earlier start. The course is scenic, in excellent condition and the place of play quick.

Pure Pleasure
This course has it all: great layout, fantastic playing conditions, challenging for all levels of players, private country club pace of play, attention to detail, and finally greens and tee boxes in great shape.

Great pace of play
Friendly staff, course is in good condition. Pace of play is excellent.

Good experience
Greens in great shape... very slopped, tricky breaks, medium paced. Fairways great condition. A few bunkers getting work done but 99% of them in great condition. Overall great course especially for the cost.

Great Day for Golf!
Day started with a warm welcome at check in.
My golf partner and I played thru a 4some in front of us at the 2nd hole and never saw another group the rest of our round.
Course conditions and weather were excellent.
Only my second time here but quickly becoming on of my favorite tracks in the area.

Awesome Experience & Extremely Welcoming Environment
My husband and I just moved close to Lake Chesdin golf club. We have visited the restaurant, Cantina 19 and the course itself many times in the past few months. We are so happy to be a parts of this sweet and welcoming community! The greens are beautiful!
