About
Situated on what used to be farmland and later used for shellrock mining, Osprey Point Golf Club is hardly recognizable from its former landscape. The Parks and Rec Department of Palm Beach County took the abandoned land in South County Regional Park that was completely overgrown and turned it into Florida's first Audubon International Classic Signature Golf Course. To achieve this designation, the department instituted several environmental protection practices, increased the acres of natural habitat, and converted to more environmentally friendly grass on the tees, greens, and fairways. The golf course offers 27 holes that are played in three different combinations. The Falcon/Raven Course is one of the combinations. It has a rolling landscape that is enhanced by native vegetation and a playable quality thanks to five sets of tees.

Fun, tight course not championship
This course is designed and groomed for seniors and short, accurate hitters. The fairways are mowed like greens and the greens are like pool tables. No collars, second cut, rough, etc. Lots of sand and spoil. Leave the driver at home. Weird 27 hole layout with random 9's paired at the turn. Fun, above average muni course that you would expect in "Boca".
Great Course
This course is the best in south Florida for what they charge. It’s in excellent condition from tees to greens. Bring extra balls, if you can’t hit fairways you will be loosing balls.

Excellent Track!! A few blind shots that can cause problems. Check distances dog legs!!!
We're willing to bet by the number of exclamation points used, this review was written just off of the 18th green by a first-time visitor to Osprey Point. A common theme for those expecting a typical municipal golf course -- Osprey Point is far from that. We appreciate the excellent review.
Beautiful course and layout. Nice course length for not long ball hitters.
Thanks for the five-star review. With five tee box options, golfers of any level can find a length they are comfortable with. Our longest combination from the tips is 6,700+ yards. We hope to see you again on your next trip down from Canada!

Found the course beatiful in everyway,also the putting green and range were 1st class.My only complaint would be the starters were very abrupt,the day i played some college girls were also playing in a competition and the starter keep on saying its going to be a five maybe six hour round of golf with a slight snigger!!! It took no more than four hours

Course is excellent including practice facilities. Rangers are rude Maybe a little PR class might be in order there’s ways of telling your paying customers to pick up the pace ranger was very rude to the elderly gentlemen in our group. Course is excellent

Your tip about the looming danger is spot on... You definitely need to know where to hit it. Hopefully you were impressed enough to make the trip back soon!
