Ardencote Golf

A fantastic course for mid ranges shaking the cob webs of the swing and superb for beginners. The course was very wet and marshy in places and the greens tired but expected at this time of year. Plenty of forgiving holes to open the shoulders at without being to heavily penalised, in saying that there are still plenty of interesting holes to focus the mind. Well done ardencote for being open despite the prevailing weather conditions we have been experiencing.. I will be back and so will my sons whom are just starting out in the great game 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Enjoyable course in good condition although a little wet but that was driven by the recent weather

Popped out for a quick round when the sun burnt through the gloom on Sunday

Others had the same idea so the course was busier than usual

However it’s great value for money and will definitely go again

Course in good nick - nice to see some real sand in bunkers! - and some challenging holes due to pin positions.

Great little course if you’re after a quick round. We got through 18 in just over 3 hours. Facilities are nice and the guy in the pro shop was very helpful.

Disappointed, everytime I have played. The golf shop is closed. Not allowing me to get a coarse card or buy balls etc .

Can they please leave cards outside, maybe in a little waterproof box

A lovely golf course for all types of golfers. With some interesting and testing holes.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course from the moment I teed off. Was very challenging but very enjoyable at the same time. The sun shone throughout the day giving it that added cherry on top

Very busy around wen I played very slow club should had like swopped it round you four ball the (2) 3 balls then me a 1 ball plus the 2 ball behind rushing which made rush didn’t enjoy this round

Wasn't overly optimistic before playing but was pleasantly surprised by the course. It plays longer than the stated yardage because of the lack of par 5 holes and is an enjoyable course with enough to keep you honest. Course condition could have been a bit better but didn't affect round. Would play again.

Really enjoyed a round here. Short first followed by a few up and downers....and then WATER!

Challenging pretty and interesting lay out before a more straight forward opportunity to improve your score. Mind you the tree in the centre of the 18th fairway demands the best high fade in your bag.

Great bar/brasserie area at the 19th.

Nice day out with the Missus.

The greens were impossible to read as they were not maintained.

The fairways didn’t look like they were cut frequently.

Only for the course map on the back of the scorecard it would have been impossible to decipher to navigate the course.

The pace of play was ok until we had a 7 ball in front of us who played 3 holes before letting us play through. Not only that, they were loud and shouting on numerous occasions as we played our shots. This was extremely disappointing and we lost our rhythm and enjoyment as a result.
