Blackpool Park Golf Club - Stanley Park Course

We had a lovely game up until the 17th. Course played well . Irritating players following who didn't seem to understand that they had to wait for us to be out of the way before playing. Then had the cheek to have a go because one of our drives went wayward. We did shout but only when we knew where the ball was going, if they had been further back then no issue. However 2x drunk yobs ruined the game, taking flag off 17th and then one trying to interact while staggering about. Could do with some kind of fence between course and public park to keep yobs away. Then tried to order drinks afterwards to be told we could but had to drink them within 10mins. Advice would be to play earlier in the day , good value for money as lovely course but be aware of lack of etiquette.

The course is a superb layout with lots of challenging features. And its cheap

But its biggest downside is it looks neglected, no takes in any of the bunkers, lots of bare soul round the greens, and the 2nd hole green has what looks like a land drain that's dank going right through the middle of it.. Its stuck a nice layout of a course just need more maintenance and create taken of it!

we like Blackpool park golf course it is a superb challenge & kept in great condition as long as we can get a golf buggy we will play it regularly

played many times, it is a great fairly challenging course but suitable for all. very well maintained at the moment, this is one area that has historically let it down but this year, 2022, it has been fantastic. will be a big loss if it does get closed down as proposed.

Played last year and enjoyed it but was told it was going to be a 9 hole which would have been a great shame

Looked at booking this year checked feedback nothing mentioned played nearby staining lodge and a member said it had been put on hold

Booked it for £17 turned up nice welcome followed some members no problem

Course and greens in particular in great condition

It’s my favourite course so far this year

The hole course is well looked after challenging only let down no pro shop and club house out dated

Good price nice staff looked after overall great course

Not been playing very long and had the chance to play here. Great course, slightly boggy in few parts but didnt really affect my round much. Some sort of halfway hut would be nice but not to worry. Really enjoyed my round and will be back soon I hope.
