Decent course.Good value from GolfNow

Easy booking process. Friendly pro shop and other players. Course in good condition and pace of play was also good. Only second time playing this course. The other occasion was 2 years ago, hence some direction signs would be useful, as some fairways overlapped!

Nice knock

We played as a fourball… the place was quite quiet with only a few other groups in front… at times a bit slow but still good on pace. Course layout was okay a few tricky and quirky holes. The best I’d say is the back to back par 3’s on the front 9. Conditions were okay. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Great course all year round

A great course with plenty of challenging and interesting holes. The par 3s are particularly exciting and really stand out, while some of the par 5s feature blind second shots into the green, which makes course knowledge and shot planning really important.

The course is in a great location, and the car park is very accessible with plenty of spaces, which is quite rare these days. The members are also very friendly and more than happy to offer help or advice if you’re unsure about a hole or when the course becomes a bit tricky.

Because of the hills and natural layout, the course can sometimes be affected during the winter months, but it still manages to play well when the weather isn’t too bad. If the conditions aren’t suitable, the course will close and offer a refund, which is great because it means you get to experience the course at its best rather than playing it in poor conditions.

Overall, a fantastic course and an easy 5-star experience.

Boldon golf course

I love playing Boldon, only last few weeks with the weather being awful the condition of the course is poor, there’s still 2 temporary holes to which aren’t great, shouldn’t be long now until the course is back to its best with a few weeks of decent weather and the 12th green sorted.

Great course for december

Great course in great condition considering it is December. Play a little slow to start off with, causing a bottle neck around the 5/6th holes but it soon opened up and wasn't waiting around too long especially on the back 9. Would happily play again.

Boldon

Course was in great condition at this time of the year, hitting off 2 mats on the par 3’s was fine and 2 winter greens. Really enjoyed my round today.

Boldon

The course was in good condition and was easy to navigate ,there was a competition and we followed the last 4 ball and it was very slow play which didn’t help that there tee time was 1.30 and ours was1.32.
