What a course !
Fantastic course in an amazing location, an absolute pleasure to play.
Tough windy conditions whilst playing and even though i played in winter the course was brilliant.
Can’t wait to play again in the summer, maybe sooner 😁 !

Charming
My first visit to The Cavendish this week. A short gem of a course. We didn’t get the full summer treatment as 4 greens were temporary and some of the tee boxes were forward/temp but we got a great feel for the place even though. It was charming. Very, very enjoyable.
Not the most difficult of courses or the longest having driven a couple of holes and leaving 50 yards in on a few others, but if you’re dialled in with the wedges this course can repay you kindly.
There was a bit of work happening out on the course that the members will see the benefits of in the summer.
Will be back to play this in the summer. Can’t wait. Handsome and surrounded by the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. A hidden gem.
Amazing greens
What a brilliant course, my son and I had a great round and loved every hole. Staff in Pro shop really friendly, even a warm welcome written on the board outside the shop! Greens are something else, I’d recommend anyone to play this course. Thank to everyone at Cavendish

Was recommended this course got a great deal .the course was lovely lots of different shaped holes had a great day staff were very friendly will definitely be going again

Fabulous course - tough greens
Superb condition, greens really challenging and some beautiful picturesque holes. Clubhouse now open was really nice and welcoming.

First time playing this course, will definitely be back. Course was in first class condition, greens were great, but tough. Highly recommended
Fabulous course - tough greens
Delightful course played for second time as the first time was extremely cold windy and wet.
This time conditions were perfect and reflected in the scorecard although position on the greens is crucial or you can be easily be looking at a 3 putt
Excellent course
True golfers course, loved it. This was a treat to play and the greens are a challenge to say the least. This is a great golf course and I look forward to playing it again. Buxton would make a great holiday for anyone with both their courses being great.
Brilliant Course
Although on temporary Greens today (understandably - it was minus 3), this is a magnificent course and we can't wait to play it in the spring.
Course was in great condition despite the weather and the greens looked superb too
The pro rang us on the way over to tell us about the temps - first time that has happened so fair play!
