Chapel-en-le-Frith Golf Club

I took my boys to play and we all really enjoyed it. The course is a great layout and interesting to play.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, even to the point of a couple of members pointing out things we need to look out for on hole that were coming up.

Whilst everyone says it is surprisingly flat considering where it is in the Peak District, there are plenty of slopes, ups and downs to make it really interesting to play!

Would def go back!

Really solid course with great views. Cannot complain for the price.

Course would be very suited to mid-high handicappers.

Was in great nick , tough fast greens lush fairways . Only little thing if was being picky bunkers could do with a bit of sand in but apart from that 10/10 for me and a cracking price definitely be going back .

Also prefer it set out as it is now loving approach to club house now

First time playing here. The course was in superb condition. Its a some holes are a real test and the greens were really tricky. I'll be playing here again really soon for sure. A real treat for all golfers of all levels.

Well first time we have played this hidden gem of a course. The front 7 holes was a nice easy start . Then when we crossed the road the wind went up to 20mph what a difference that made . The course it’s self was in great condition greens was very fast fairways was being cut as we played rough not to long. Only downside we had was a 3 ball in front of us who had lost about 2/3 holes on the group in front of them but wouldn’t let us through It happens . But apart from that we will definitely be back and to be honest if we lived closer to the course we would be members. If your looking for a course to play at a good price this is the one

So, we turned up a week early 🤣 booked it for the 29th instead of the 22nd

We was met with a couple of members who were fantastic, Simon put us towards A wonderful lady by the name of Jane (jayne just incase ) , who was the most welcoming person

We truly can't fault this place we loved it , the views ( even tho it rained for 2 hours ) are superb , the greens are the best we have ever played on

All in all , we will 100% be back here on a number of occasions

Nice course if a little boggy due to rain. Greens were amazing. Not busy so ideal.

Rough can be a bit rough but wide fairways.

Great course and we would come again

Nice course layout, greens were very good but the course was very wet like most places at the moment, a heavy downpour did not help the conditions at all but we still managed the full 18holes.

Staff are very obligingly friendly.
