Crookhill Park Golf Club

Great value for money the course right now is in great condition and we played a great game of golf with no hold ups. Friendly staff.

Booked to play alone as first round in a fair few months.

Arrived and was told my tee time was now taken by other golfers and that i had been partnered up with a 2 ball in a later slot. No warning from the club or golf now other than when Staff informed me.

I explained that i had purposely booked to play alone as i would be rusty due to lack of time on the course, staff didnt understand my frustrations when i complained about this. Very poor service i paid for but didnt recieve as felt uncomfortable playing with others.

I will never return to this course again total disregard for people using the facility just driven by greed and money!

Nice course great value for money , greens were in great condition , members and staff friendly . Bit too hot but that’s not the courses fault . If I had to pick fault then the tee boxes weren’t the best but tbh for our standard they were fine.

Crookhill can be a lovely course but currently it is not looked after correctly. The greens are poor, the bunkers are covered in weeds. It’s a shame

The rough needs cutting down a bit to give you a bit off chance off finding your ball

Had seen the poor reviews , but got a hot deal and decided to play and decide for myself .

Overall course condition was good ,bunkers could do with some attention!

But greens , fairways and tees at a standard when paying less than £20 a round .

Enjoyed the course , will be back in the future

Nice place, would’ve scored 5 but still a bit boggy after a week of sun and 3 greens being repaired

Really bad condition, walked off after 9 holes, never seen a course in such a bad state.

3 temporary greens that were literally just holes dug into the fairway. Definitely not worth the £20 fee to play

I’m not the best golfer but the greens are in a right state.

I thought £10 a round was good value but was mistaken the winter tee mats were shocking you couldn’t stand on them safely. The greens were shocking you could not hit a straight putt it was like crazy golf. I advise everyone to avoid like the plague unless you like playing on your local park. This is no good for a serious golfer it used to be great 5-6 years ago but it looks like they take your money and nothing gets invested back into the club it has gone to ruin now and I have played a lot of courses in the winter time and this I can assure won’t be much better in the summer. If I was to pay £10 a round on something of that quality again I’d want £8 change. 3.5 hrs I’ll never get back.

Overall good experience , still quite a lot of tree debris on fairways since recent storms s month ago. Green need some improvement. Club house ok but outdated and needs a deep clean....

Got around to the 11th hole, to be told that the 11th, 12th and 13th holes were not playing ! When we got back to the clubhouse, they said it was written on the board outside, which wasn’t the case. After asking if any money would be refunded, due to this, a swift No, was given !

Really disappointed with the course and treatment on the day !!!
