Excellent condition

We have played the course a number of times in recent years and it remains one of my favourite courses. Compared to a number of courses we've played this year, the course and particularly the greens are in great condition and we fully expect to be back soon. Great value for money!

Clubhouse

The clubhouse was closed so we couldn’t enjoy the 19th hole. We finished our round for 11am so was hopeful of a drink and maybe a bit of food.

Played on Hart common first time in a few years , course was in unbelievable condition greens playing firm and fast . Some lovely views on the holes and staff very welcoming and friendly .

Very slow pace!

Very slow pace of play - 4.5 hours to complete a round with well over 5 minutes wait at every tee was very disappointing. This was all caused by insufficient 4-5 minute spacing between tee times!

Nice course with some good features and well maintained without winter mat restrictions, but not sure these positives outweigh the snails pace to get round!

Overall nice course.

First time playing the course and really enjoyed it. A little boggy in the odd place but not unplayable at all, you can see the greenkeepers looking after the course in these areas. The Tees and greens where in great condition, to be fair the fairway where too. Good value for money.

Just annoyed the tee behind us managed to get a hot deal which halved the cost of thier game. Also the weather closed in which meant we needed to abandon the game with 4 holes to go. Looking forward to playing the course again in summer

Ridiculous pace of play

Pace of play was the worst I’ve ever encountered. Just over 2.5 hours to play 8 holes, we tee’d off on the 9th and walked off as the group in front weren’t even able to play to the green. £50 for 2 of us, waste of time and money.

Very wet but fantastic Greens

It was a crisp sunny day - there has been substantial rainfall over the last week and the course was very wet - however the Greens were in excellent condition - it is always a treat to return to Hart Commkn and you can always be assured of a friendly welcome by staff and members alike
