What a track

Really enjoyed playing the wet bank holiday Monday. We were pre warned about some 4 balls in front but the pace of play was fine, we did get a little stuck on the back 5 but no complaints at all. Greens were in really good shape, and really well looked after. The range looked great and what looked like a small pitch and put course, would recommend any day of the week.

Don’t waste money

First time at Hart Common. God knows why it was recommended to me. The tees were terrible, fairways full of unrepaired divots and unhealed deep slitting also lacked definition and required cutting. The greens were rough, lacking proper definition between putting surface and fringes. Admittedly May has been very dry but other courses in the area are in much better condition. Don’t yeasts your here at present

Great Course & Mid Week Price

We love this course, it’s holding up well under all the dry weather. Can be a bit slow to play.

Would recommend though and we will be back to play again soon

Hart Common

Good price and had a reasonably good day, the only thing that let the day down is the way the guy on the front desk treated us when we arrived, really rude towards me because I accidentally forgot to wear a collared t shirt, even after me accepting my mistake he offered no help in trying to solve the situation and was very dismissive and rudely just stated that we couldn’t play the course, the only option I was left with was to buy a t shirt from the golf store, not a nice way to be greeted as soon as we arrived and has made me not want to go and play the course again.

Unbelievable Course and a cracking half way house

Fantastic course. The track man range is a class option to warm up on although you have to buy a driving range tee.

Cracking course, all in excellent condition. Halfway house is a very nice touch although using it will likely impact your pace of play, as found it very difficult to slot back in due to how busy the course was.

Always a decent knock about

Rarely have a bad word to say about Hart Common, the make up of the course is very good with varying degrees of challenge. The greens are always in very condition and run true. This visit the tee beds really let the course down, hardly any grass on them which is shame because the course is very good.

Will be back for sure though.

Great value and greens in good condition

Course was in good condition for how dry it had been. The greens were good but firm, but some of the best we had played in a while.

Only gripes were a 5 ball on the course and the slow round, 4:45 . But it was a lovely day so not too fussed. And there is way too much sand in some bunkers.

Course layout was great and there were some nice water features. If you don’t have an app to show you where to hit you will struggle without course knowledge.

Bar was closed so that was a little disappointing but the value for the golf was amazing at only £20.

Cracking Course

Great course, open but challenging and some great holes to play. Can get a little slow in play on the busy days.

We love playing here. In great condition for May, but have played in November & March and everytime we have been impressed

Over 2x hours to play 6x holes

First time playing here. Having read the reviews I thought it was going to be good. However, the pace of play was incredibly slow. It took over 2x hours to play 6 holes so it was potentially heading on to be a 6x hour round. We were waiting on every tee box and decided to leave after finishing the 6th. I don't think having a 4x minute gap between each group helps this situation. The course condition was great and the staff were friendly.
