Hart Common Golf Club - Main Course

Course was in good condition for how dry it had been. The greens were good but firm, but some of the best we had played in a while.

Only gripes were a 5 ball on the course and the slow round, 4:45 . But it was a lovely day so not too fussed. And there is way too much sand in some bunkers.

Course layout was great and there were some nice water features. If you don’t have an app to show you where to hit you will struggle without course knowledge.

Bar was closed so that was a little disappointing but the value for the golf was amazing at only £20.

Great course, open but challenging and some great holes to play. Can get a little slow in play on the busy days.

We love playing here. In great condition for May, but have played in November & March and everytime we have been impressed

First time playing here. Having read the reviews I thought it was going to be good. However, the pace of play was incredibly slow. It took over 2x hours to play 6 holes so it was potentially heading on to be a 6x hour round. We were waiting on every tee box and decided to leave after finishing the 6th. I don't think having a 4x minute gap between each group helps this situation. The course condition was great and the staff were friendly.

Lovely course, great value for money. Course is in fantastic condition.

A brilliant course friendly staff and everyone that are playing are just has friendly and value for money is second to none

I played midweek so not as busy as the weekend but the course was excellent!

I played at Hart Common a couple of months ago and although the weather was horrendous it was well maintained and very playable but my recent visit showed the full potential of this course. Challenging and super fast greens.

Got a bit held up toward the end when a few groups were all stuck behind a two-ball who would t let people play through but every course gets them.

Nice to play golf next to a load of robots cutting the grass too; very futuristic.

Can’t wait to go back!

Brilliant course, can’t fault it whatsoever. Will definitely be returning.

Course was very dry and a little patchy in places but played extremely well. The greens are very quick and true and the practice facilities are excellent. Great value for the price we paid for the green fee

We turned up this morning at first light. No cars on the car park, no members or guests to be be seen. Apart from Terry. Both myself and Lee were past members, users of the Driving Range and past Academy members. This guy refused our money to play (this was a Sunday btw) and was so incredibly aggressive and annoyed we had show up. We were looking to join this year again. We drove instead to Breightmet GC and was welcomed with open arms. For me, that behaviour is unacceptable and we will never return, apart from that the course is great and the driving range is great which I’m sure Terry has a huge part to play in that. This little things make a difference. Peace out Hart Common. X
