Hart Common Golf Club - Main Course

Brilliant course, can’t fault it whatsoever. Will definitely be returning.

Course was very dry and a little patchy in places but played extremely well. The greens are very quick and true and the practice facilities are excellent. Great value for the price we paid for the green fee

We turned up this morning at first light. No cars on the car park, no members or guests to be be seen. Apart from Terry. Both myself and Lee were past members, users of the Driving Range and past Academy members. This guy refused our money to play (this was a Sunday btw) and was so incredibly aggressive and annoyed we had show up. We were looking to join this year again. We drove instead to Breightmet GC and was welcomed with open arms. For me, that behaviour is unacceptable and we will never return, apart from that the course is great and the driving range is great which I’m sure Terry has a huge part to play in that. This little things make a difference. Peace out Hart Common. X

Very slow pace going round and didnt get asked to play through….

After the copious amounts of rain we’ve had, the course was fantastic, fairways firm and always cut, very few boggy areas. Challenging course and quick greens. Was quite busy when I played which was quite tough as it took 5 hours to complete due to tees backed up 😅.

Plenty of parking, with on site range. Majority of staff really helpful and happy to assist…barring one guy, who never seems to be happy and can be quite rude at times…but still well worth trying this beautiful course.

Considering the amount of rain recently, the course is in excellent condition, with the greens particularly impressive. Also pleased to the amount of work going into the course, particularly the 5th which will look superb when completed. I asked the man in reception to pass my appreciation on to the ground staff, they are doing a great job.

Always enjoy the course, staff and players we encounter are always friendly, if I lived closer I would love to be a member

Played this course whilst away with work. First impressions aren’t great with a mediocre car park and pro shop. The course is in great condition, the greens are honestly the best around, so quick even on a slightly damp day. Plenty of sand in the bunkers and well trimmed fairways due to the trendy robot lawnmowers.

Played off 24 and had 36 points with 5 pars and 2 birdies.

18 a very tough hole.

Booked a round to play. Call in the morning to booked golf carts for the flight. The staff confirmed carts were booked and I call the pro shop back to confirmed if the carts were booked and the staff said yes. Then at the time I want to play I went to the pro shop the staff said I didn’t booked the carts at all. I showed the proof from my phone and he denied it. Asked us to carry our own bag because they didn’t have enough trolley. Terrible service!!

Green a little slow but overall a good experience

Regularly play 9 holes here. Course in excellent condition, especially the greens. Staff very friendly and helpful as usual.

A good challenging course, greens very tricky, only issue is the bunkers, very poor, hardly any sand.

First time here and I was impressed. Course is maturing nicely. No boring holes or flat greens and it was a decent challenge. Will come again.
