Membership seeking golfer
Visited this club twice recently with a view to joining was met by a unenthusiastic member of staff on both occasions (different persons) who failed the customer service course. I had to emphasise I was a visitor and needed to ask for directions and even my scorecard on the playing visit.
Luckily the round of golf diminished my initial lexperincence.
