Great course,fairways and greens amazing,would definitely recommend

Great course with a good mixture of holes for beginners and also holes for better players, very friendly staff and a well kept course

Firstly I would like to make it clear that the course is well worth a visit, is in good condition for the time of year and this review would normally have been 5 stars. However, our experience wasn't the best due to what appears to be some players jumping onto the course at random intervals, playing circa 12 holes, then disappearing. One of said groups even teed off into us on a couple of occasions when we were on the fairway legitimately waiting for the group ahead of us to finish on the green. We spoke to other players that were similarly unimpressed whom suspect that people are sneaking onto the course through the adjacent nature reserve. All in all not the best visitor experience.

Previous Day with biblical rain I expected course to be at best waterlogged but to my surprise it was very good . Great course with some challenging holes .

Good parkland course a little damp and 16th fairway in poor condition apart from that overall condition good , greens excellent would definitely go back

Great course lay out, condition was ok can be better, some fairways are bare but over time of care will be better. It’s currently under went drainage improvement, so few holes is being treated, but doesn’t effect the course being played. Kind of course easy to walk, and think is easier to play compared with other woodlands near by.

All in all good day out, fully recommended!

Apart from the course was very wet and the 16th fairway was in poor condition overall the course was in good condition and-the greens were very good which all added to a good days golf. Good test of golf on a very attractive parklands course.

I would definitely recommend the course and it’s good value for money will definitely play it again.

Not a massively challenging course, except a few nice dog legs. Greens in lovely condition and everyone seemed friendly

Course set over large area. Lots of tree lines. Wide fairways. Greens good. Bunkers need a bit of tidying.

Excellent from time of booking to coming off the course starting with bacon & sausage rolls, course is in wonderful condition a few patches but expected owing to earlier dry weather. The testy staff very friendly and helpful…great day with the wives

What an amazing course, on my doorstep!! Beautiful course, excellent condition, great greens, fabulous members. Everything was spot on!!

Slightly off the beaten track of the A1 and A19. Excellent course with tree lined fairways, giving a secluded feel to the round. Will definitely be coming back as it is my local!

I enjoyed 18 holes at Arcot Hall. Was grouped with 3⃣ other golfers which was fine with me. The course was in good condition with preferred lies but it was great to play off the fairways without mats etc.

Played the course yesterday morning.

On arrival i was impressed with the lookout course. On entering the shop we were told the greens were on Temp greens due to the cold but would be put on as it warned up.

We had horrific rain, it was cold and the ground soon got wet. We actually got in to the proper greens on on the 13th.

The greens we played were very good. The course layout is very playable and enjoyable. Obviously the ground was wet, but all in all I found it enjoyable.

The price was great and I really think I would like to play in the summer.

Had a lovely round of golf, greens were perfect for this time of year very well tended and well cared for golf course, really cheap and good value for money the guys in the pro shop were really helpful. Really looking forward to coming back in the summer and having a good would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff and quiet course. Still brilliant ground condition for November only a few winter greens in use. Great value at £15, an interesting course with some very challenging holes.

Arrived early club house really good , Pro shop well stocked staff very helpful & Friendly,own ball 200 yard driving range,Chip and put and a driving net two great putting greens ,Tee's well placed and in good condition Fairways well looked after greens fast ISH about a 8 great course looking forward to my next round there 9/10

Had seen Arcot on the website for some time but never occured to me to go (not sure why) but went for it and was not disappointed!

Tight but well maintained fairways, challenging pins and strategically placed bunkers, it was a great round.

Will definitely be back
