Well kept course

Turned up on a very windy day so we knew conditions were going to be a little tough. The course however was in great condition with lush fairways and super greens. Lots of trees and bunkers everywhere so you have to plot your way round. Beware of the rough as it’s pretty thick at the moment and tough to get out of but all in all we had a great round of golf . Thanks .

Great winter course

Played the course this morning. Compared to other local courses this tune of the year it was in great condition. All greens and tee boxes in play and only a bit of boggy ground on the 11th/12th holes. We played at 10am and played and perfect pace and finished in just over 3 hours. I will be playing again soon.

Very enjoyable round course was in great condition considering the amount of rain we’ve had recently shame buggies were allowed as this was marking the course greens were excellent for winter all with sloping features well placed bunkers not too demanding course greens were main defence would definitely return again

Very Slow Play

As usual the course was in excellent condition, but after 4 holes caught up with groups in front and thereafter had to wait on every shot. Eventually gave up after 13 green and cut though to the 17th tee in front of 3 very slow 4 balls.

Think that the club should have a course marshal to keep groups up to speed with games in front.

Enjoyable day on the greens

Not very helpful in pro shop, didnt askif i’d been here before so had to ask where 1st tee was,

Tees hadjust been cored but then on many tees the cores had just been dumped next to them, very unsightly, fairways a little scruffy but understandable at this time of year, greens in good nick, quite a few pitchmarks that i repaired, seemed to have been lots of members out during the day

Good value in that i paid £18 against the rack fee of £40

Will return with friends during the summer

Great condition

For the time of year, I found the course to be in excellent condition, greens perfect and good drainage work been carried out. Well done to all green staff. Less of the wind next time hey!!

Walk in the park

It was a last minute decision to play at Sprowston Manor. Looked on tee off times and got selection of start times all for a good price. Course was in very good condition, despite the long dry spell, the greens and fairways where in good condition. Enjoyable walk in the park.

Excellent greens

We hadn't visited sprowston for 4 years due to the high costs compared to other courses in the area. Booking a 4ball direct would have cost £35 each but with teeofftimes we got it for £21 each Inc administration charge.

The course was in superb condition and I particularly enjoyed the excellent greens.

We had buggies which were expensive at £25 each but fairly typical nowadays.

As it's a hotel again the food and drinks are also expensive.

Enjoyed the day and hopefully I'll be visiting again before another 4 years pass.
