Superb fairways and tees and greens, very consistent all around. Greens-staff very friendly.
Must visit
Played for first time (4 players) would highly recommend a visit to course for a game. The course was in first class condition and gave a good challenge to all of our group can’t think of a bland hole everyone had something which made it memorable will play again soon
Maybe a bit early to be playing
Would have loved to know it was winter greens and matts before I booked. Had I known this I wouldn't have bothered. It might be okay in summer but by then it'll be too expensive to justify the price.

Winter tee mats poor fairways good bunker OK greens very tricky not 1 flat which is good pace of play very good interesting course 20 quid a bit steep for winter play 15 would of been more acceptable...club house cosy good ales on sales bit to late for food but overall nice club will visit again in the summer if they let visitors on of a wk/end ......

A Real Challenge
The course was in great condition considering all the wet weather we have had recently. Not all the tees were on mats which is refreshing this time of year. Very friendly in the Pro shop and members I found a credit to the club. Will defiantly be back soon.

Nice course but very hilly
The course was nicely presented. Some mats on the tees but it was November. The greens were smooth and the fairways were nicely covered. Had to move it to the rough or use a mat, but as the tees were forward this wasn't too bad. The course is very hilly, with a number of blind shots to test your game. Overall, very enjoyable.
Nice course, a few wet greens understandable in this weather. Pace of play was abit too fast but everyone in the party was a beginner. Great pace for more experienced players. Fairway mats was the only real downside for the course in winter, would come back again but probably in the summer when winter rules aren’t in order
