Good challenge
Really good course only down side is should be some information before you book that your tee time is at the back of a society 4.5 hours to get round was slow

Played here 3 times came across some very ignorant members! Wouldn’t play here again!
Interesting course
This is a challenging course to play. Plenty of obscured greens and fairways quite hard and bouncy. Some great views from the course. Only gripe is that when teeing off on hole2 faced with two fairways and no clear indication which is the one to aim at. A good course and one that I want to play again.

Greens were a little inconsistent
Hidden gem
Lots of work taking place. Work taking place of drainage on the fairways .but there is no delays. Greens have been woked on and within a short while the Greens will be stunning..all in al good value for money
Very wet
Course was nice, not for the faint hearted.
Unfortunately the course was very wet and we played from winter tees, some of which very different and much shorter than the normal tees
It was a bit of a slog but in drier conditions it would be nice to play again.
Nice course
Nice course played quite often but don’t play after heavy rain the drainage isn’t very good was like a big today, but lovely course in summer !
Golf day
Lovely course- signs are confusing. Didn’t no they have a putting green, again, signs needed.
Greens were super fast and in good condition, well done. They were working on the course in tractors etc which was a literally annoying as on one hole they were like three people in different vehicles.
Great course, usually slow
I’m always happy to play Ormonde Fields but have to make sure I don’t have plans for after!
The course has an interesting range of length and shape holes, some a little awkward but they all keep you thinking as opposed to the hit & hope style play at a lot of courses.
As mentioned my only gripe is the fact you’ll often get stuck behind slow players, I ended up pairing up with another single because we’d both end up waiting together for the group in front to clear the fairway.
There were 5 groups of 4 players in front of me all of the older generation which is fine but when you observe one group having sandwiches & a chatting amongst them selfs while no ones in front of them & players waiting behind them
