Ruddington Grange Golf Club

Friendly staff greeted us & informed us that only the front nine was playable as the back nine under repair or unplayable , which was a downer for us , nevertheless we played the front nine twice but we uncounted to two temporary greens & the course was very boggy .

We played last quite a few times last year in the summer which was brilliant

Definitely a corse to play again in better weather

Due to recent weather conditions only the front 9 holes were open. The greens were in great condition all being considered. I would have gone round twice but the pace of play was a joke and since the course was partially open there was no way of getting my money back.

Played the course a few times and it is a good course with some challenging holes.

Given the time of year (Dec) the course was in good condition (1 temp green but couldn't see why it was required to be a temp).

Greens in good condition but leaves sometimes made it hard to find balls.

Fairways not bad.

I've played this course at various times in the year and it has always been an enjoyable round.

Ended up repairing 2/3 pitch marks on most greens thats the problem when non members play courses. Im a Rushcliffe member our greens are pristine so i automatically repair pitch marks others do not.Also as it gets busy its harder to maintain standards

Interesting and tight layout where the use of their acreage is restricted to tight fairways. An enjoyable course with a good variation in yardages and used must clubs in the bag. It is hollow tine season and so very difficult playing in to and on the greens as some were well filled and other greens not. Bunkers were a bit of a pain as some had no sand and some had heaps of it. Happy to play again, hopefully with good greens.

Friendly course all round with a good atmosphere.

Great course, tight fairways, friendly members and staff

Played early morning weather was chilly and overcast.

Course was in real good condition. Greens was slow but true. Fairways really good. Tee boxes good. This course is great for all types of golfers. Some nice easy holes with some card busting holes. I really like Ruddington it’s well looked after and nice to play.

Another enjoyable evening playing this course.

The work to cut back the bushes and open up the course has made it far more enjoyable yet still challenging in areas.

Great course

Deceivingly open/narrow course with a challenge around every corner. Water, Long part 3's & so many left to right/right to lefts.

Beats me everything I go, great staff and a great course to play.

First time at Ruddington Grange and it will be one of many. Absolutely loved the course.

Hands up to the green keepers for keeping it in great condition.

It’s probably one of the tightest courses I have played but it seemed to bring out the best in me.

Can’t wait to play there again.

good course some of the greens looked like they had been spiked recently but still putted well all in all for the price we payed it was excellent bar staff very freindly food and beer good all in all a excellent day will definietly come here again
