Seahouses GC with the lads
Very nice course which is a mix of links and parkland style holes. Some brilliant par 3s over water with enough to keep the mind occupied.
The parkland bit of the course is nicely laid out, but the links side is so much better just for its vistas across the Northumberland coast.
Staff are great and very friendly
A donate one to tick off the Northumberland swing on anyone’s golf bucket list.
Course of two halves (almost)
Really enjoyable game at Seahouses. Course in great condition especially for early April. Holes across the road are merely ok whereas the holes that follow are excellent. Par 3’s at 10th & 15th standouts but lots of back nine holes have fantastic views out to sea and the islands. Highly recommend a visit - great VFM
Seahouses golf club
Myself and three friends enjoyed a great day out at Seahouses golf club on Thursday 20th March.
Having played there several times in the last twenty years we new what to expect but we’re pleasantly surprised by what we found on our arrival.
A new patio area has been added to the front of the club house and greatly enhances the whole experience.
The course was in excellent condition for the time of year and the six holes on the other side of the road wee in the best condition yet experienced. Overall the value for money combined with the views and the condition of the course made the whole day an unforgettable experience for myself and my playing partners and we will definitely be returning this season for what must be the best value links golf in north east England. Highly recommended
Stunning
Beautiful course, stunning views and a real test. Can imagine it would be a beast on a windy day but it was fairly benign when we played however it still made you think about almost every shot. Can't wait to return.
Good links course
Interesting course for a 1st timer. Close fairways in places but generally easy to play. Good amount of par 3s with great backdrops and challenges. Will be playing again this year!
Great course
Great tricky course , undulating , water hazzards. Really enjoyed it
Golf
Arrived 20 minutes early , went into the club house to register , I was told go out straight away which was very helpful , the course was in excellent condition , really enjoyed my round and will go back , and recommend it to my friends , Gavin .
Northumberland Championship
It wasn’t my actual first time but 3 mates it was, one of them shot 76 on a damp drizzly day at times and he’s still buzzing now, everything was top notch except not being able to purchase any hot food at 2-30!which would have capped a great day. Thanks all the same and we will be back this month..👍🏻
Municipal links
Not a destination course (unlike some of the others in the vicinity), but worth a round if you can get a cheap deal and you are in the area.
When the wind blows it's very hard.
Great course
Short course with few par 3s that all differ in length and obstacles. One over water and one over a cliff edge.
Tight fairways and challenging greens too.
Really good course
Excellent holiday golf
Really good course for the average golfer to play on holiday. Very well kept, some good holes particularly on the back 9. Very good club house food etc.
Windy day
Nice course, very tight fairways. Would recommend highly, could do with better signage to find 3rd 🕳️!!
Course Condition
Just emailed the golf club with my compliments of the condition of the course not to mention all the staff , class

Excellent service classic course
This is a much under appreciated little gem of a course 1st class service even allowed me to go out early ahead of my hot deals tee time, beautiful sun terrace overlooking the course, reasonable prices. A certain golf course near Gifford could take a lesson on customer service
Little Gem
What a great course and terrific value for money., not the longest course as its only playing around 5600 yards off the whites, but with smallish greens it still makes it a test. Course is in brilliant condition, views are amazing and will definitely visit again. Small and friendly clubhouse with nice veranda to sit outside and watch the golf.
A must do again course
Fantastic course in excellent condition. Amazing greens. Friendly members.
Definitely coming back.
A wonderful afternoon in the sunshine.
Wonderful course
Beautiful course with stunning views and some stunning holes, the best of which is the 15th over a small cove. Really friendly members as well.
Course in good condition and the greens are superb.
My only moan is about the layout. Holes 4 & 7 and 9 & 18 share fairways and the tees are adjacent which makes for a bit of a log jam.
I didn't detract from a wonderful afternoon of golf though.
