Very good in poor conditions

Some courses would have been closed and it was certainly boggy with lots of surface water. However the greens were in excellent conditions, as were 17 out of 18 tee boxes. The whole course is a decent challenge and the 18th is certainly a tricky one to navigate.

We all agreed this was probably the best course we could play in the conditions and would recommend it as a winter choice. But we will also come back in the Summer.

Fantastic in Winter

I have played at Thorney Park many times over the years, but never before in Winter. I can recommend the course as the greens are amazing 3- Dec. It shows what forward thinking greenstaff can do. Well done. The surfaces were quick and true. Brilliant. The rest of the course is always good, a little wet after the deluges recently (Nov ‘22). Lively bar in the clubhouse made us feel welcome. Brilliant, and thanks Thorney Park.

Great day out

I played on a Friday morning with 3 members of my family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great round in the sun. The course was in good condition and we got round without having to wait once. Great little course if you are looking to play near Heathrow.

Beautiful Course.

Beautiful course nicely laid out and well maintained. Greens were in good conditions considering the deluge when we played. Only gripe about this course is the number of leaves around the fairways and the greens.

Also please note that the course runs alongside the M4 motorway and a the GWR Mainline track which continually busy and noisey but if you can put that to obeside a lovely challenging course.
