Same about the weather
Course in really good condition. Greens a little on the slow side, but very even and consistent. Just a real shame that the weather deteriorated through the round and unable to complete last 3 holes
Great morning at a great course
Booked the 7am tee time before we went to the LIV golf at jcb. Staff and members were really friendly. The course itself was in amazing condition. Quite a hilly course with some really great views, some absolutely stunning holes especially the 18th. Bring a fairway finder for some of the holes and always check the hole layout on the tee box. Would definitely play her again.

A course in great conditions greens were small but immaculate would definitely play again great value for money a bit hilly but very nice underfoot

Course pace of play was very slow 4hrs 50mins
Need a few more bells on blind holes and players need to be told at club shop to ring them
Course was ok very slow play today walked of after 12 holes took over 3hours 40 mins to play 12 holes
Decent course and fast greens . We play here a couple of times a year . Alway enjoyable
Course with a v6
Third time playing. Unfortunately greens were poor and looked to have suffered during wet spring. They had been scarified. And it's July. Still enjoyed great views. Course gets higher the more holes you play. Therefore it's still good course to play.
Not great value this time
Now I really enjoy this course, played loads of times. Great views, challenging holes usually so very well kept. This time it was really hard work, losing balls galore some on the fairway or first cut because of the grass length. I totally get the current problems with the weather issues stopping staff from cutting the course to the correct length. My problem here is that they shouldn't be charging £21 quid on a hot deal even, for what was pretty much a hack through undergrowth. So many times the lie was awful, should perhaps have played preferred lies. So my message to the club is next time the course isn't really fit for play then be up front about it and don't take the Mick with the price. I appreciate clubs have taken something of a hit due to the awful weather this year, but this is one fairly regular visitor who's thinking twice about coming back until I know the course will be back to its best.

Challenging as very hilly. Great location. Would have liked a buggy but course too wet due to rain previous day, but that's English weather. Definitely play again.

Lovely setting & course is well kept .
A bit hilly & long for my standard but I would recommend any half decent golfer paying it a visit

Amazing Course and People
The people at this club are fantastic - everyone is so friendly and make you feel welcome. Very good value for money and the course was in great condition! If you’re walking - it is hilly so be prepared.
