Back 9 water features
Great value for money. The back 9 is especially interesting with water coming in on nearly every hole. Some of the tee shots are daunting because of this. Quiet when we played so no hold ups. Looking forward to playing the other course at the venue
A game of two halves
Front nine was scenic parkland undulating and with some dramatic dog legs and interesting holes , unfortunately as we entered the back nine we were met with a selection of excessive use of ponds , lakes and various water hazard that did nothing to improve the holes and was in our opinion poorly planned and just made the course in a breeze almost impossible to play .
The second nine with the exception of 17 & 18 spoiled the experience for us and the condition was no where near that of the front nine .

Golf course in fantastic condition and good to see development ongoing to improve the course
Tricky course
Had a great day even though the weather was awful. Played the wensum course the first 9 holes are straight forward but the back 9 a very testing. Course was in good condition for winter. The temporary tee boxes were vert good will definitely be back.
Wensum course was a tad windy
What is a tough course for a high handicapper in normal conditions the 40 mph winds made it very difficult over the water holes... However can’t wait to go back when the weather warms up and give it another go. Don’t let the course beat you and go again. If nothing it teaches you to play to the conditions and for £10 hot deal it was a great afternoon and value.
Great course
It started out with fine weather rained on us round the start of the back nine but always a good course to play
Fantastic value
Course in good condition but some areas in need of work but a good round had by both of us
Course not busy but made to return to tee box after tee off and starting are round because we had been paired with other golfers course not happy we booked with golfnow
Coarse and facilities were very good .
Played the valley coarse. Greens very good.
Great course and good value
A lovely course tough back 9 a bit tricky in the wet but really taxing with the driver so make sure to spend time on the range in advance
A bit wet on the day but a great tricky course!
A wet under foot day but the course held up well. A nice front 9 with a really tricky back 9 with plenty of water to avoid. Really sharpens you up.
Decent shop on site and really good value for money at £10 for a round!
Winter round
Even though it had been very wet and the course follows the Wensum river it was still playable and the greens were in good shape considering. Have played both courses the other being the Valley course. The Wensum course with all the water on the back 9 is good fun, but does mean the odd ball will be lost! Great courses well worth playing.
