Always a great place to play
Played White to Orange today, although the White is a shorter nine than the other two, we had a very enjoyable time. Pace of play was great ( less than 3 hours) for the round. Both nines are in very good shape but stay out of the rough. It is healthy

Well thought out layout
Surprisingly busy for a weekday morning, but mostly twosomes and we finished in 3:30. We played Black to White, both of us liked the Black 9 better. Difficult course for a high handicapper, but the senior men's tees were well placed. A few too many forced carries off the tee. Greens were well thought out and in very good condition.

Cup protectors
The pvc pipe inserts in cups appear to have been cut down a bit and do not interfere with balls entering holes
now.. Thanks to staff and superintendent.

Hidden Gem
Great course just outside wake county. I was able to reserve a tee time for 2 people the night before. Great greens, fairways and everything in between.

Fantastic
The course was in great shape. The reason for the 3 star for course conditions is because of all the recent rain and it was cart path only. We will be back soon after the course dries and try it again

Course was in great shape except for the bunkers. They need sand and worked up. Very inconsistent sand depth. Also the little rings inside the cups are too high. Putts would go right over the cup.. staff were very friendly and helpful.

Played black to white,greens good and quick as always. Tee boxes on the black where rough.the only issue we had was golf now screwed up the tee time,luckily the course crew where able to get us out. Its definitely a good course to play.

Cup protectors
Course has sections of hard plastic pipe at bottom of flagstick to minimize contact with flagstick when retrieving ball from cup. Due to cup design, top of plastic is not level and is so high it causes some putts to miss. I recommend cutting about one half inch off section of pipe to allow enough room for a well struck putt to fall.

Everything at Keith Hills is always nice. My only suggestion is keep it to one player per cart.

Tee boxes are rough
It’s almost like teeing off at a second shot rough on most all white tee box. I played because price was right but i would not play and pay full price.
