About
Alhambra Golf Course has a player-friendly design that is ideal for beginners but also great for more experienced players who are looking for a quick but fun round. The layout is a shorter par-71 design at 5,478 yards. It may not be long but it offers plenty of other challenges. There is plenty of variety between the two vastly different nines. The front nine holes are fairly flat, parkland holes with generous fairways lined with trees. The beginning holes provide a good warm-up for Alhambra Golf Course's more difficult back nine where you'll have to use every club in your bag. The back sprawls across rolling terrain, incorporating elevation changes ranging from subtle to dramatic. There are also more strategically placed bunkers on the back nine. Alhambra's 16th is the signature hole. This tricky par 5 begins with an intimidating tee shot over water in order to reach the fairway.

Great Twilight deal…
$15 for 9 holes during twilight. Helluva deal. Fun little course, couple of Par 5s, most Par 4. A lot of Geese would be the downside, along with all the geese droppings, especially trying to navigate that on the greens. We’ll be back regardless.
No starter
Got ther 5:30 for a 5:50am tee time. No one in starters until 6am. Lots of people waiting, no apologies or explaining
Not the gem it once was.
Sadly this course is overbooked and long waits in every hole. Teed off at 8:10 for reference. Many 5somes on the course as well. Course conditions pretty rough. Greens look like a war zone and grounds crew working on greens mid play. Not a good time.
The course is well maintained. The greens are nice.
Friday morning with the boys!
The course was in great shape. Pace of play was excellent. We played our round in four hours and 15 minutes. Everybody in my foursome enjoy the day. All our scores were great too good will be back soon.
