Verrado Golf Club - Victory Course

I really like this course! It is beautiful, well layed out, challenging and run well. Everything is in good shape. The groups are spaced well enough that there is very little waiting.

I like it even better when it is hot and the price comes down!

We had an early twilight tee off, and given the level of golf course we did not think that we would have any difficulty getting finished. the front nine was very slow, we met up with the group in front of us and they told us that there was a group of 5 ladies in front of them that were playing very slowly. then on the back nine those groups seemed to disappear and we were not waiting until 12 when we caught up to a group of 5 men and we were waiting again. We did end up finishing in the dark, but I was very surprised to see a golf course of this level allowing groups of 5 onto the golf course at all, never mind just in front of twilight.

What a beautiful course and the staff was very welcoming!

Family lives near by and came to watch one hole. Assistant Marshall made a big deal about it. They were off the course and out of the way. This apparently is a big deal but the people walking dogs are ok??? Not sure why it was even brought up by the "Marshall" it's a Sunday. Relax if people are out of the way watching. The sidewalk is another 40 feet away but it was apparently a huge deal for family to watch you golf. Course was great but sour taste left with the "spectator" police!!!

Early tee time and had a great day. Pace was excellent and course conditions were good.

The layout was easy and fairways were in nice condition. Greens were in terrible condition. Very dry and sandy.

Sadly, we have seen Victory in much better shape. Greens were fast, trampled and bumpy. Many ball marks.

Overseed was spotty in many fairways, or at least the landing areas. Construction abounds so bumpy and dusty. Not worth the extra $ right now.

The greens are in very poor condition and as a result reduces the experience. Given the conditions of the greens the cost is not justified.

Great course, great views. A lot of ball marks on back nine greens.

Really enjoyed this course - staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great and the course is beautiful. The greens were firm and quick, which made it a challenge. Be prepared for a long round, we were waiting on almost every shot during our 5-hour round.

Overall the course is in good shape. Although the greens on the back 9 were pitted & bumpy from ball marks.

Beautiful course. No complaints about its condition. 18th was awesome, as described (Photo attached). Staff friendly / Chris assistant Pro awesome to work with. Will come back.
