Verrado Golf Club - Victory Course

The total course is in excellent condition!! The layout is a mixture of rewarding holes and super challenging holes. Greens are amazing and above average speeds. For me, the faster, the better, so I love the greens.

So much to say, I’ll start by saying I’ve played founders and victory and founders in incredible, victory is just ok. For starters it has a tiny pro shop and only outdoor eating. Very minimal, after my round I went to the founder club grill to eat and enjoy the evening.

Look at but if you miss the fairway your playing ping pong in the rocks. Lots of blind shots. The greens have crazy undulations, on some it just doesn’t make sense huge swells and many false fronts, backs and side areas. Construction has destroyed many areas of the cart paths so you are driving on dirt, if it’s windy you’ll have grit in your eyes. I have no idea why they didn’t build the holes closer together. Many holes require 100’s of yard cart rides to next hole. Should have been designed better. Practice range is nice, but the practice green makes no sense. Again what were they thinking. There is no chipping area. Unbelievable practice area at founders. I’ll not play victory again, I will however continue to play the founder club. They did such an outstanding job with founders, why change the recipe????

This was definitely one of the best course I have played. Every hole was exquisite and fun layout. Course was in a great shape. Definitely recommend.

Every hole was fun and challenging. Love the elevation change and layout of the course. Course was in a great shape. Great practice .facility. Friendly staff and good restaurant at the premise. Highly recommend.

Played this course for the second time and staff was almost nonexistent. The round was almost 6 hours with three groups on almost every hole. No Marshall seen all day. Cart service showed up on the 10th hole after being out there over 4 hours. Greens were very nice however.

Fun course to play, little out of the way, but worth it, I would play it again

Great layout and views. Course is in great condition. Sand is shallow and hard packed, was only in two bunkers but had an impact. Play the silver or black for best experience. Lots of construction going on, house building, but other than some lack of cart path areas, minimal impact. I will be back

Absolutely need an afternoon Marshall. The pace of play was horrendous with 20 minute delays in the tee from mid front 9 through the 13th then due to sunset approaching we left after 13 because the delays were not going to enable us to finish.

Unfortunately we booked right at the end of the aeriation period and the course was cart path only. 1st time here and the cpurse conditions were great. Love the lay put, some holes play longer, while others look longer then they are. Top course to play if I get back to this area again.

I got a hot deal and I believe it was well worth the money. One gripe with the course is that the bunkers were wet and compact in some. I luckily never found one, but my playing partners did. I played as a single and played with some cool guys. I played the tips which has a lot of blind-ish tee shots, I utilized a GPS, but it didn’t help much for target lines. The fairways aren’t as large as they said on the first tee box. Course rule is if you find the rocks take a lateral drop on stroke penalty. Seems reasonable. I didn’t lose any golf balls, but found the rocks 5 or so times. Can you hit out of the rocks? Yes. Should you? Probably not, unless you want to buy new clubs. Photos and DOD video attached.

5 hours + for a round. Short on golf carts had to walk to go to the range. Got carts 10 min before tee time

Course was « path only » after overseeding procedure, which is normal. However, tee times are booked as usual, so the result is a 5-hour round waiting on every tee box from hole #4

For price paid, definitely not a super experience

Love playing Victory but it was just reopened from Overseeding, greens were fluffy and slow. Once greens and fairways are trimmed done it’ll be a great track

Great course, the layout it fantastic for all types of players. the holes are very thought out. I enjoyed this course a lot. the course changes dramatically from tee to tee. we play the silvers on the front side and tips on the back side, super challenging.
