Browns Mill Golf Course

I absolutely love Browns Mills. It's an amazing deal and the city does a great job keeping it in great condition. I was playing by myself today and everyone in front of me let me play through with absolutely no issues. Completed the round in 3 hours. Unfortunately they just topdressed the greens heavily, so it feels like you're putting in bunkers half the time, but it will be good in a few weeks. Other than a couple of uneven tee boxes here and there, you cannot go wrong

Good shape today. Teed off early, no problems until course was backed up towards the end. Solid track for what you pay.

Nice course, layout. Staff was very courteous! Thoroughly enjoyed my round.

Used the GN app which charged $45 to play. My first time looking for a course near the Atlanta airport and it was ok at best. Some very long uphill holes, and some shorter ones. Greens were fast, and still recovering from some earlier aeration. Fairways were not in great shape. A more reasonable price would have been $30-35 with a cart. No water, snacks, nothing open other than golf. Best part was the guy I played the course with (a local member) who gave me some tips on each hole.

Good course to play, wish they had the clubhouse open. They didn’t have any snacks or anything out to buy, or at least they never offered.

It’s a decent track but always unfriendly and always waiting on carts. Conditions have gone down lately.

Get what you pay for. Plenty of carts for a 9am round. Range and pro shop closed. It was fine.

The course conditions are just okay. They always seem to be out of carts.

It was a real treat to play Brown's Mill today. I made my tee time through Golf Now, and when I got to the course, all I had to do was provide my name and sign for the cart. From there it was on to the first tee, and off we went. Course conditions are excellent. The ball sits up nicely on mature bermuda turf, and even though the greens had been recently aerated, they rolled well. They should be superb the rest of the summer. There were just two of us, and we completed our round in about 3 1/2 hours after teeing off at 10:30AM. There weren't that many people playing mid-day. Note the clubhouse is closed, so bring your own snacks. There were a few coolers out on the course.

I’ve played here once before and the course itself is fine. It’s not overly scenic, but fairways and greens are both well kept for a course at this price point. I went to play a second time this morning and none of the staff showed up which is why I say the staff is unreliable. I waited for 30 minutes after my tee time in the parking lot and none of the employees had shown up so I left. There were probably a dozen groups sitting in the parking lot waiting to see if someone would arrive. Incredibly unprofessional.
